"There better be more food in this forest," Karia said fiercely.

"It should be." Sanoko said looking at her.
|
"It's either me or I'm just too plain tired! I need some sleep," she said, laying against the tree and closing her eyes.

"Ok then." she said watching her closing her eyes. She then laid down herself and closed her eyes to go to sleep.

The next day Karia woke with a scream. There was something on her, but she wasn't sure what.

Sanoko woke up to Karia's scream. "What is it?" she asked.
|
"S-steak!" Karia pointed out, her finger pointing in the direction of the basket.
|
"Steak?" Sanoko asked looking at the basket. "So the wish came true?"

Karia was shocked. "Y-yes, but how?"
|
"I don't know." Sanoko said. She looked at the steak a bit longer.
|
"That sure is freaky..." Karia said amazed.
|
Sanoko nodded. "Yes it is." she said.
|
Karia picked up the steak and examined it, "Is it real?"
|
Sanoko shrugged. "I don't know, it might be. Try it."
|
Karia bit on the edge. "It tastes okay," she told her. "You try!"

Sanoko took the steak and took a bite. "Yeah it tastes ok. I think it is real."

Karia took a bigger bite, shallowed, then looked in her bag. "Ah, here's a good bag." She opened up a littler bag with strings on the end and shoved the steak in there. "Something this good ought to be savored."

Sanoko nodded. "Yeah it should be, but then again we could just wish for more though."

"What if the stupid rock only grants one wish?" Karia asked.
|
"We'll just have to if it does. Here you make a wish." Sanoko said and gave her the stone.

Karia thought hard as she held the stone in her hands. She remembered how her prized sword broke the other day. Karia thought, and then finally came up with a wish. "I wish for a totally awesome, indestructible sword." She turned to Sanoko. "How's that for a crazy wish?"

Sanoko smiled and nodded. "Yeah that's a pretty good crazy wish. I hope it comes true."

"So do I. I can't live with having no sword for the rest of my life," Karia said. She wondered how long she'd have to wait. She'd go back to bed, but she wasn't tired.

"Yeah I know. I don't I think I would be able to either even though I do have my daggers." Sanoko said.

"Yeah, my sword was everything to me," Karia told her.
