"Glasses of blood"(Miss Yotsy and Orla's rp 1on1)
Cain moved in to the court yard of the privet school
he now went to. If for nothing else to take up the time in his day. His deep red eyes where hidden behind sunglasses at this point. He had made a choose to act as if he where blind at this school. He wanted to have fun and do something out the norm, he was getting board of each day being the same. Cain was never one to sit down and behave, he got board to easily. His short black hair hung in his face, the dark blue and white unafrom fitting his slim body well. Some girls would look over and giggle but others had heard to much about him to come near him. Girls that had gone out with him always transfered out a week after they had asked him out...what they didn't know was he had a secret. URL OOC BOARD |
Nisa was in the court yard, sitting on a stone bench reading an old book. Her uniform didn't exactly fit her the right way, at least that is how she made it look. Her shirt was tucked on each side to make it a little tighter then normal around the bust line, but that could easily be hidden by the dark blue jacket they issued. She liked to annoy the teachers and she never wore the same length socks. She always had one long, knee high sock and one sport sock that only went to her ankle. Considering her parents paid for her to get into this private school she did everything she could think of to bother the teachers but nothing that could have her kicked out for. She knew her parents would send her somewhere worse if she was kicked out.
Her red hair made her stick out in a crowd and it fell forward hiding her face every time she went to turn a page in her book. She flipped a page in her book and continued reading. The book was very old and looked like it would fall apart at any moment. The title was no longer legible and each page was incomplete in some area but she still read the book regardless. |
Cain looked at her and smiled "Good moring Nisa..."
he said this as he passed by, she was a sweet girl a little odd with the way she dressed but sweet none the less. He never talked to her but he had over heard conversations with her friends, the few she had. |
Nisa looked up from her book momentarily to see who had spoken to her; As she did so her hair fell back out of her face. She spotted the guy who she suspected said hello to her, she'd seen him around but knew nothing about him. He was the type of guy all her friends warned her about, oddly enough she didn't want to listen to anything her friends had said about him. She'd rather make her own judgement. Just before going back to her book she replied "Good morning to you too"

he smilled and tapped his stick on the ground.
He never thought of her as a meal just a girl he was sure it was the way she dressed. He was interested in why she persisted to dress her top so tight. Cain thought if she lossned the hirt it would look alot nicer on her... |
Nisa glanced over at him once more managing to tare herself away from her book again. "I'm curious about something, are you willing to answer a question?" She asked as she looked back at her book, flipping another page. She must have looked completely uninterested; On the contrary, she just had a habit of not showing her interest because she was usually shot down. She smiled a little, hiding the smile behind her dusty old book.

He turned around half way but only glaced at her the
the tree behind her as if he could not truly see her. "Please ask away, any one with that sweet of voice must have allot to say..."He said a sly smirk on his lips as his black hair fell in to his face. |
She flipped another page in her book, not bothering to look up this time. She smiled a little again holding the book at just the right angle that no one would be able to see it. "Are you really blind? I mean, I know that a blind person's senses are better then an average persons, but that doesn't explain how you knew it was me" She asked. "Let alone, I wasn't making any noise" She added just before flipping another page of her book.

He turned back around and smiled but laughed lightly.
"Yes I am blind..." He said and took a deep breath. "Your perfume, you always where the same one it smells of rose's. Thats how..." Cain smirked knowing all the ways to cover his tracks, he had been doing this for a while. |
She set her book down next to her on the stone bench after marking her page in the book. "Okay, that still doesn't quite answer the question" She stated placing one leg over the other as she looked up at him. "You've apparently been close enough to me before to have smelt my perfume; But my best friend wears the exact same scent" She now had a slight smirk on her face. "So if you identify me by my scent, how do you know it wasn't my friend you were smelling all along?"

"You see I had a fifty, fifty chance of it being
you right?" He asked turning allthe way to her now. "You see it was your friend I had a chance of being rude, if it was you I had a chance of getting to talk to you more..."He said and lowered his glasses to show his red eyes where covered by white out contacts.They where made for him by a old friend so they where not like any thing people had. "Dose that prove my case little lady?" |
This was beginning to become a task for her, she wasn't so sure he was blind and didn't want to accept that she could be wrong. She looked up at his eyes, sure they were whited-out but that still didn't prove anything to her. "Actually, it doesn't prove anything" She stated with a faint smile. "Blind people have normal eyes like most people, with a cloudy hue over them. Your eyes just look white"
She thought for a moment, "I've also never seen a teacher here who can teach from a book written in braille... wouldn't you need a special teacher or class since you're blind?" |
"You see your just being silly now, you might
be hurting my feelings" Cain placed his glasses back up, she was beginning to get no his nerves, but the again she was a challenge."I have my book in my dorm and you know I can hear..." |
"It may be silly but didn't it keep you around?" She said chuckling softly. She still didn't think he was blind, but for now she'd accept it until she had proof otherwise. She reached over and picked up her book once more, opening it and began reading a little more. She was such a book worm, she loved to read. But she wouldn't touch a new book, not for pleasure reading anyway. She preferred the old books, but loved ones dug up on archaeological travels. Any language, she'd decipher it just so she could read it. Such a strange hobby, no an obsession.

He smiled "Hmm that is true your a sneaky one.."
He said laughing and looked around hearing the bell ring. "Shall we walk to class?" he said extending his hand off to the side. |
She looked up from her book when she heard the bell ring. The time went by so quickly, she felt like she had just sat down a few minutes ago. She let out a heavy sigh and shut her book once more. She stood up from the bench and looked over at the man who had yet to introduce himself. She smiled and started to walk away from him "I'm sorry to say I don't walk anywhere with a man who isn't nice enough to give a lady his name" She chuckled and continued to walk towards the doors to the school.

He heard her pass "Miss my name is Cain...yet
I do believe your friends must have told you by now..." He said and walked a little off set where she was. "Please help me walk to class?" |
"Regardless, it's still respectful for a man to introduce himself rather than assume he's been spoken about" She stated just as she reached the entrance doors. She held the door open for him to pass through. "Because you claim to be blind and I should respect that, I will aid you in your walk to class" She added waiting for him to enter the building. "Though, I must ask; How many girls have you talked into helping you to class like this?" She asked with a grin. "It sounds like a nice way to pick up the ladies..."

He moved to the doors slowly having had a few years
to practice his movements in the coven they had left. He moved to the doors "Your the first, I hate girls hanging around to be truthful..." he said and walked in to the hall holding out his arm for her to take like any gentlemen would. |
She entered the building behind him amazed he would even make such a comment. She walked ahead of him, perhaps only by three feet or so. "You seriously thought I'd take your arm after such a statement?" She kept walking, not too quickly though. "I guess you'll just have to follow my voice then" She stated with a smirk.

He stood there a smile spreading on his lips
"I sapose not but I was hoping that the only sane girl here would..." He said and taped his black seeing stick on the ground. His dark hair covering his eyes now. He was starting to like this girl more and more, this was dangrouse seeing as he liked to keep things he liked, or his 'toys' close to him. He kept himself in check though and just fallowed her down the halls. |
She continued navigating through the halls with ease, not once even looking back to check on Cain. "...So, Cain was it? What class are you headed to?" She asked because she felt like she was just wandering through the halls with no destination. She shifted her book from one hand to the other, and couldn't help trying to remember what it was her friends kept telling her about this guy. There was some reason she was told she shouldn't associate with him, it seemed to be escaping her memory. She let out a small sigh just before stopping and looking back at him, brushing her red hair behind her ear "So? What class?"

"I am heading to art, I belive thats your first class
as well?" He asked fallowing close but not to close behind, he smirked and thought of some thing seeing a pole in his way. Yes this would hurt but he was willing to pull off the blindness. He kept walking then with out flaw he hit in to the pole crashing to the ground. "Oww!"He yelled out as he fell on his back. "I know you don't like me but was the really fair?" He said laughing a little. |
She watched him fall to the ground and squinted her eyes a little. She couldn't believe he'd actually walked right into that pole. "Do you honestly think it was my intention to make you walk into that?" She asked, walking over to him. "Had I wanted you to hurt yourself, I think I probably would've taken your hand and lead you into the Girl's restroom" She stated laughing softly.
"Now can you get up off that floor, or do I have to get the Nurse to help you up?" She asked jokingly as she bent over a little waiting for an answer, her hair crashing forward making it hard to see her face. |
"Well this is true but still I thought you where
watching me..."He said smiling lightly and looked to where her voice was and smiled slyly once more. "Why can't you be the nerse?" He asked but then placed a hand up. "Forgive me that was out of line, sometimes things just pop out of my mouth. Will you forgive me?" He asked brushing the black strands of hair out of his face. |
