I don't EXACTLY know what it means, but it sounds like weak.

Is the confusion over what loopy means?
If so loopy means that you're kind of out of it, you're not really comprehending what's going on right now and you're acting kind of in a daze. An example would be when you get laughing gas at the dentist office for a tooth pulling or whatever if novocaine isn't appropriate. When you're blacked out, you're still awake you're just acting "loopy". So when SeiSei said that she's entered the loopy loopy stage because she's tired, it means she's just kind of out of it at the moment and too tired to really think clearly etc. :3 Does that make a little more sense? :) |

Haha I didn't even know there were any offers on it or a deal was in progress as it wasn't on the front page or anything! No worries though - my offer isn't all that great anyways, and doesn't have as much pure as yours - so I'm sure you'll probably get it over me :3 <3
