What is the most money you have ever spent on one thing, and what was it?

My computer. Almost 2,000 dollars and that was with a discount thanks to my union.

My brother's Xbox 360 XD
My mom helped me with some of it but I spent at least $300 dollars on that one thing and then we got him a game to go along with it. |

I think for me it would be the money I plunk down on text books for university. I swear sometimes my profs try to find the most expensive text to make us buy. That was a couple hundred dollors for one book.

If you have a friend that has 360 and Gears or you somehow save money for the Xbox then play da game! If you like awesome weapons, complex mapping, good story lines, clever script, and wonderous gameplay you need to try this one out. >w< Course it is really bloody and gory but heck that's the other fun part. XD

I'm an incredible cheapskate; I hardly ever spend money on anything (I wait until people buy me things as gifts, instead, lol). The most expensive item I've paid for all on my own would have to be my Intuos 3, which was about $300 dollars after shipping and sales tax.

probably that 200 some dollars on my ipod mini. But it was well worth it; I can't live without my ipod for a day!

I'd have to say my computer, if you're talking things I didn't need. Well, arguably, I NEED a computer. But I put down a lot of money for this. And my friends said it would be awesome, and called it Jesus...when they saw the specs, they started calling my computer God. xD
Well, it wasn't that much - I am still buying for it. I think I've put in anywhere from 1200- 1400 on this computer. ^^; |
