Depends on the popcorn, Im sure if caramel-ed properly then mended correctly, you can make a solid "stick"-like imitation xD

Wouldn't grapefruits be better, their bigger and pack more of a wallop. Or maybe you could use cranberries in a catapult, they'd really sting.
In fact you could fire sticky popcorn and see what happened there as well, probably be more effective than a stick. |
A watermelon an even better wepon or maybe grapes. Grapes would hurt if thrown from a great hight or from a nigtogen cannon.

If we aimed for the hair zenoxy then it would probably be even more annoying for our foe. I do quite like the idea of watermelons from a great height. I think it would do a lot of damage. Of course all this sweet stuff will attract wasps so then it'll be even more annoying.
