Kanone just shook his head when she said that she had a tender head. How in the world could anyone have that much hair and be tender headed? Well he guessed that was one thing he could keep in mind for later reference. Had he known that before he might not have wrapped the end of her hair around his hand, but it didn't really matter now. In all honestly, Kanone couldn't really tell if Aamori was joking about leaving him or not. After all, knowing her the way he did thus far he really wouldn't put it past her to do it for kicks and giggles. Fortunately for Aamori, Kanone was very little like Celestine. When he got angry or annoyed he usually either laughed it off or just didn't say anything. If it was bad enough he'd just tell you to shut up and then go on his merry way. He didn't usually tend to get very physical, though he also wouldn't hesitate to beat you into the ground if you struck him first and he was angry enough. He glanced back when she asked him where he they were going and then half smiled. "In circles if you don't get your prissy little hiney up here." He said with a laugh as he reached back to grab her hand and haul her forward. He didn't bother to let go of her hand once he'd pulled her up beside him, he just looked over to her and smiled slightly before he looked out ahead of them again. "Seriously...where are we going? You were mentioning the sister islands before." he reminded her.

Yotsy 12-11-2008 12:58 AM

Aamori stared at his hand blankly for a moment after he had reached back to grab hers and pull her forward. She glanced up to him and smiled slightly. "I guess I'm not lucking out on a tour guide either." She commented quietly. She turned her eyes back to where she was walking and started to head towards one of the bridges that would take them to one of the sister islands. "Well... all that's left are the sister islands. You've pretty much seen everything else." She paused. "Two of the sister islands are for houses. Very different houses than the ones in the first district." She explained as they started to near the stone bridge. She was going to show him what the lower class houses looked like in comparison to the higher class. Though she was making sure to show him the island that her parents didn't live on. The last thing she wanted was for Yoichi to be awake and see them holding hands like this and her in a guys shirt. That surely wouldn't go over well. She paused when they made it to the top of the bridge and looked over at him again. "Not to bore you with the details, but these bridges connect the main island to the sister islands and there are four sister islands in all."

Cyndel 12-11-2008 02:16 AM

Kanone chuckled softly when she said that she wasn't lucking out on a tour guide either. "Of course not." he said lightly. He didn't know his way around here so it would be pretty hard for him to lead a tour. He nodded slightly when she explained that two of the sister islands were for houses. He eyed the bridge as they approached it and then glanced down and half smiled. He was trying to step lightly since he wasn't as used to walking around outside bare foot as Celestine was, so he was kind of glad the bridge was stone rather than wood; that way he wouldn't have to worry about splinters. He stopped at the top of the bridge when he Aamori did and glanced over to her before he moved over to the edge of the bridge and looked down at the water. "I can see that." he said with a slight smile. He looked back to her again and tilted his head slightly. "So what's on the other two?" he asked since she said there were for islands and only two had houses on them.

Yotsy 12-12-2008 04:31 AM

Aamori stepped over towards the edge of the bridge when Kanone did and glanced down at the water for a moment herself. She shifted her glance back to him when she heard his question about what was on the other two sister islands. She took a step away from the edge of the bridge and looked back towards the island they were headed to. "One of them is restricted and the only people who ever go on it are close to the Elder or of some significant importance. My brother and Hisako would fall under that significant importance, category." She smiled slightly and then started to head down the other side of the bridge, making sure to tug on his hand since he hadn't let go of it yet. "Then the other one, well, I guess you could call it another Elder island." She paused and glanced at him. "If Marius comes to visit he will more than likely be staying in a really nice house on that island. There isn't too much on that specific island other than a couple of nice houses that are mostly for special guests." It really was a quiet little island. The houses were built directly on the sand without any major stone paths to take away from the natural beauty of the island. She guessed they wanted one place that didn't get built upon like crazy and still kept the original look of the island. She shook her head a little now that she was thinking about it. "I have a feeling that once Celestine see's where Marius will get to stay he may opt to give you that room in the training building, all to yourself." She paused. "It's a lot quieter on that island." She commented quietly. If given the choice between sharing a room with his cousin and staying with Marius on a quiet island where the view was to die for, she was pretty sure he'd chose the other island.

Cyndel 12-12-2008 04:54 AM

Kanone nodded slightly when she said that one of the islands was restricted and that only people of importance could go there. He half smiled and then shook his head slightly. "Hmm guess that means I really don't need to piss off your brother, huh?" he asked with a slight laugh. He glanced down when he felt her tug on his hand and smiled before starting down the other side of the bridge after her. He squeezed her hand a little and then laughed softly. He had a feeling this was one good way to go about making her brother mad. He tilted his head a little when she said that the other was an elder island, too. "Haha so Gramps gets a whole island to himself?" he asked, though she had already pretty much answered that so he wasn't looking for a yes or no. He shook his head again when she said that Celestine may give him the room once he gets to see where Marius would be staying. "If he even comes... But yes, he probably would." he said with a soft laugh. "Man, that's no fair. Oh well...guess that just means I get you all to myself then." he said with a chuckle, "Fair trade."

Yotsy 12-12-2008 12:58 PM

Aamori cast her glance down briefly to their hands when she felt him squeeze her hand a little. She smiled a bit and then averted her eyes since she could already tell that her cheeks wanted to flush with color. She was pretty sure that her brother would've already pulled her and Kanone's hands apart and then started into him about his intentions. Yoichi could really be a bit over protective and it wasn't just every once in awhile. No, it was all of the time. She sighed softly and continued walking. The houses here were similar to the ones that were on the island her parents lived on but they still had their differences. These were quite a bit smaller and more cottage like than anything. She looked back to him again when he started on about it not being fair that Celestine would be the one to go stay with Marius, if Marius even came. She had managed to keep the color from her face until she heard the following thing that he had said. She smiled a little and looked away again since her cheeks were pink. "...Isn't that how it is ...right now?" She asked quietly. After all, Celestine was still asleep as far as she knew and no one else was with them so he did for lack of better words have her all to himself.

Cyndel 12-14-2008 08:18 PM

Kanone chuckled softly and then shook his head slightly. "Well I suppose so..." he said as he looked over to her again and then grinned when he saw the pink in her cheeks. "But I could have you to myself even longer." he laughed softly and then squeezed her hand again, "You're blushing again." he said in a rather sing-song voice as he leaned a little closer to her face. "You're so cuuuute." he laughed again and then glanced around again and smiled slgihtly at the little houses. "How this is a little more like it...almost reminds me of home...a little. Only our houses are mostly wood." he said with a slight smile, pointing out the obvious differences in the structure of the houses. With all of the woods around their village wood was the msot available material to make their houses, though if one wished there was also plenty of limestone available back home as well in the mountain caves.

Yotsy 12-15-2008 12:33 PM

Aamori's cheeks blushed even more noticeably after Kanone had to go and point it out. Then of course she was beet red after he said she was cute, even though it was kind of hard to tell whether or not he was being serious to just teasing to make her blush more. She didn't even know how to respond, not to mention she couldn't even find the words to respond if she wanted to. She was quiet for a few moments while she tried to keep her face averted so that she could try and hide her face. Though, actually hiding her face was proving to be a little difficult. Thankfully there was another topic to focus on for the time being. She smiled slightly and lifted her eyes briefly to look over at the houses while they were walking. "...They're made out of stone ...and built partly into the ground for safety reasons." She started quietly. "If they were wood then if and when there was a flood the houses would more than likely no longer be standing." She paused. "...Hence the structures are made out of stone."

Cyndel 12-15-2008 11:56 PM

Kanone smiled and glanced over to her again, "Finished trying to hide?" he asked playfully after she had explained about the houses. He shook his head slightly and then glanced around again. "I think I probably could have gathered that." he said simply. Obviously, the chance of flooding in his town was slim to none; that little stream wasn't going to overflow into anyone's house at any given time, though it did get pretty wild when it rained hard enough. He knew it probably did flood a lot around here...not to mention the occasional tsunami or tidal wave or whatever else decided to come their way. "I think floods are the least of our worries back home...we get to worry more about tornado and wind storms than how soggy our floorboards are going to be later." he said with a soft laugh. "Though it probably wouldn't kill us to make more houses from stone, I'm sure they wouldn't get damaged near as badly, but then again they would also take longer to rebuild when and if they did."

Yotsy 12-16-2008 03:56 AM

Aamori sighed softly. "...I guess so ...since it isn't working very well." She mumbled. She wouldn't be trying to hide if he didn't appear to enjoy doing and saying things that made her blush. Well, at least it appeared that he wasn't remembering the topic from before. So perhaps she was saved from the color that would flood her cheeks because of that. She paused for a moment and turned to head back towards the bridge they'd passed over. "That's pretty much it for this island and then the other that has houses on it is pretty much the same with the exception that they're a little larger." She said as she started walking again. "With tornado's and strong winds being the worry, I think I'd be concerned if your houses were made out of stone. If they weren't secured right then you'd have a dangerous projectile that could take out even more houses." She commented. She glanced over to him briefly. "Is there anything else you want to see?" She paused. "You've actually seen most of everything there is to show.."

Cyndel 12-16-2008 04:28 AM

Kanone shrugged slightly. "Could be, but I think splintering wood is just as likely to do that as a whole stone house." he said with a slight laugh. "I guess it just depends." He glanced around again and then looked back toward the bridge again and then smiled slightly, "Well...if I've already seen everything then I guess there's not much else to do unless you want to show me the other island." he said with a soft laugh. "Of course I really wouldn't mind just walking around with you for a while. It's kind of nice being escorted around by the prettiest girl here." he said with a grin, "Or at least the prettiest I've noticed thus far." He dropped her hand and finally just wrapped his arm around her shoulders. "So I'll leave it up to you, special lady." he said with a soft chuckle, obviously not forgetting his nick name for her from this morning.

Yotsy 12-16-2008 07:11 AM

Aamori didn't really want to show him the other island unless he flat out asked her to. At least that was the easiest way to avoid running into her brother and or her parents. Though she mostly wanted to avoid that island in particular because of her brother. If Yoichi saw how close her and Kanone were at the moment she highly doubted that she'd be able to pry her brother away from Kanone for a good while. Her cheeks of course filled with color yet again after hearing what he said. She was starting to wonder if it was his intention to keep the color in her face for an extended period of time. "...I'm sure that you'll see prettier sooner or later." She commented quietly. She smiled slightly after he put his arm around her shoulders and called her special again. That might have had more effect if she hadn't actually been special. She lifted her eyes as they neared the bridge again and she paused as her breath caught in her throat when she saw her brother passing the other side of the bridge. He must have been on his way to the Elder's island, at least that was the only explanation that she had for his passing by this bridge. "...Gotta hide..." She mumbled since he hadn't spotted them yet. Before she knew it she'd already thrown herself against Kanone and pushed him down onto the ground just beside the bridge and out of sight. She laid there on him quietly for a moment until she was pretty sure that Yoichi had continued on without seeing them. She started to sit up finally and stared down at Kanone briefly before she blushed again after realizing what she'd done. "Sorry.." She paused. "...I saw my brother..." She said quietly and then moved off of him.

Cyndel 12-16-2008 10:29 PM

Kanone chuckled softly and shook his head when she said that he'd see prettier sooner or later. "Well that's up to me to decide now isn't it?" he asked lightly. He laughed and gave her shoulders a little squeeze. Aamori was one of the prettiest girls he'd ever seen, though then again he'd only ever seen girls from his clan and Celestine was prettier than most of them, so that should say enough right there. Hikari was attractive, too, but she was a little too....shiny and monocolor for his tastes. He was about ready to laugh again since he realized how red Aamori's face was turning again, though he had only just opened his mouth when he heard her say that they had to hide. He was about to ask her why but before he even got the words out he felt her slam against his side hard enough to knock him off balance. He hit the ground with a quiet 'oof' and then groaned quietly since she was still sitting on him. He opened once eye since both had closed when he hit the ground and he hadn't bothered to open them again right away and looked up at Aamori while she laid on top of him. Once she finally started to sit up he raised his head a little and rubbed the back of it before he sighed. "Don't worry about it..." he said when she apologized. By then his own cheeks were flushed with pink. He wasn't exactly used to a girl tackling him to the ground and laying on him for more than a couple of seconds. He smiled slightly when she told him that she'd seen her brother. "Ahh... that explains it... Though after that I am force to wonder who is more dangerous." he said with a soft laugh. He stood up and dusted himself off a little before he held his hand out to her again to help her up.

Yotsy 12-17-2008 02:15 AM

Aamori took his hand when he held it out to help her up. Once she was back on her feet she released his hand and started to dust herself off. Now that she was thinking about it she was a little embarrassed to have just tackled him to the ground like that out of no where. At this rate she wouldn't be surprised to find that she'd thrown his back out one of these times. She glanced over at him and smiled weakly. "Are you okay?" She asked quietly. She hoped he was fine though there was no telling since the last time she did something to hurt him she hadn't even thought she'd hit him that hard. She sighed softly and scooted a little closer to the bridge just to make sure that Yoichi wasn't around anymore. When she didn't see him she gave a relieved sigh and then looked back over at Kanone. "...I think my brother would've done a lot worse to you than what I just did, if he'd seen us together like that." She at least was pretty sure that Yoichi would've hit, or tried to hit Kanone and then chewed him out afterward. She stepped back out onto the bridge finally and looked towards the main building. "...Unfortunately since my brother is out and about ...it'd probably be better to go back to the training building." Not to mention there would probably be no end in sight if Yoichi saw her in Kanone's shirt. That probably looked terrible at first glance without any sort of explanation.

Cyndel 12-17-2008 02:59 AM

Kanone smiled when she asked if he was alright and then raised his hand to the side of his head over his ears. "Am I bleeding from the ears?" he asked and then smiled, "If not I must be okay then." He looked back to her and watched her as she went to check over the bridge and then laughed softly, "Oh jeez... You all need to relax... You know it would have only looked worse if he'd seen you and then saw you laying on me like that." He moved a little closer to her and smiled, "Don't worry. I'm pretty sure I can handle your brother. It's not like I'm trying to molest you...though you do keep giving me plenty of opportunities." he added with a soft laugh. He was pretty sure he could calm Yoichi down if he started of him. After all, he saw little problem with anything himself. So long as Aamori wasn't lying on the ground screaming rape then didn't think he was doing anything wrong, and he had no intention at all of doing anything to her that she was uncomfortable with. If at any point she asked him not to put his arm around her or hold her hand then he wouldn't. He didn't even see anything wrong with her wearing his shirt now. After all...he had on another one so he wasn't walking around half naked anymore. Not to mention she had on something else under the shirt. He nodded when she said that they should head back, "Alright then." he said with a half smile. He reached over to take her hand again and smiled, "Now do you feel safe holding my hand or should I walk three feet behind you in cause you feel the urge to tackle me to keep your brother from seeing me again?" he asked with a soft laugh.

Yotsy 12-17-2008 04:58 AM

Aamori shook her head lightly when she heard Kanone say that they all needed to relax. She hadn't thought about it before hand, but it probably would've looked worse if Yoichi had seen them and then found her laying on Kanone like she was. Though, she did know her brother pretty well and she knew that would've received a less than pleasant reaction out of him. She smiled a bit once he had taken her hand again and shook her head a little. "No... you don't have to walk that far behind me." She paused. "...Unless you'd rather be back there, that is." She said with a quiet chuckle. She started to head back towards the main building and tugged at his hand to make sure that he was following. She appeared to be a little more comfortable with holding his hand at least since she hadn't stared down at their hands and then blushed. "You know... even if you aren't trying to do anything like that to me... my brother would still treat you like you were." She commented finally. "He's extremely overprotective and he has a tenancy to overreact." She added. "...I think he's trying to take up the slack in place of my father."

Cyndel 12-17-2008 05:09 AM

Kanone smiled and laughed softly when she said that he didn't have to walk behind her unless he wanted to. "Well, the shirt is kind of blocking the view, so I guess here is fine." he said playfully. He started forward when she tugged on his hand and then shook his head slightly when she went on about her brother. "Maybe..." he agreed and then offered a soft laugh and he shrugged. "All big brothers are like that... I never had a sister, but I'm sure if I did I'd be the same way. No one was allowed to pick on Helios but me... it's the same with Celestine, even if he isn't my brother." He glanced over to her again and smiled, "So don't worry about it, I think I understand him a little... if he starts on me I'll just back off. Like I said...I'm not going to do anything you're uncomfortable with, and if you're fine with it, there's little reason he couldn't be with a little talking to. I guess I can take a punch or two...he can't hit much harder than Celestine on a bad day." He smiled again and put his other than on top of her head, giving it a little pat, "So don't worry about it...and stop trying to knock me through bridges." he said with a laugh.

Yotsy 12-17-2008 06:41 AM

Aamori shook her head lightly at his comment about the view and continued walking. She guessed that she understood a little why her brother was the way he was, but it got annoying sometimes. It was especially annoying because she had little to no exposure to boys and quite frankly the whole possible relationship with the opposite sex was all new to her. She glanced up to him when she felt him pat her head and sighed. At least he wasn't messing up her hair this time. "...I think you'd be surprised how hard Yoichi can hit." She started. "He trains with Hisako too, when there is time and he doesn't use any weapons." She paused. "Or rather... he chooses not to." She said with a slight nod. "And if I was trying to knock you through the bridge I think you might have come away from that with a little more than the prettiest girl you've noticed thus far on you." She said with a quiet laugh before they reached the entrance doors. She came to a stop and stared down at the blue lump of fur that was laying in front of the doors. She'd already forgotten that she had asked the guard to send Zale to the main building as soon as he was on this side again. She hoped he hadn't been laying there for too terribly long.

Zale was curled up slightly laying in front of the doors. His position would've made it hard for anyone to open either of the two doors, but that was what he had wanted. He'd been told to come here and see Aamori and he wasn't going to go hunt her down on the island so he waited. He lifted his head a little when he heard them nearing. He hadn't been there too long, but there had been enough time at least for him to get comfortable. He continued to lay there for a moment before he started to get to his feet and stretch a bit before moving out of the way of the doors. Of course assuming that they'd want to be heading inside and with him in the way that was going to be a little troublesome.

Cyndel 12-17-2008 07:14 AM

Kanone just smiled and shook his head again. "Either way...I'll live." he said simply, "He has to catch me before he can hit me." he said with a soft snicker. He grinned at her next comment and then reached over and messed up her hair playfully, though not very badly. "Oh the horror." he said sarcastically. He smiled at her and shook his head and looked back to the doors. He smiled when he saw Zale there and then let go of Aamori's hand once the canine started to get up. "Hey there, pooch!" he said as he chapped his hands one and then held then out as if inviting him to jump up on him. Kanone really didn't mind that sort of thing at all. After all, he really did love dogs; the jumpier and more playful the better. He waited to see if Zale was going to hop up or if he was going to be like Nobu and grumble at him for calling him a pooch. Either way he reached out to rub him behind the ears and stroke his head.

Yotsy 12-17-2008 07:55 AM

Aamori smiled slightly when he said that Yoichi would have to catch him before he could hit him. Of course that made her remember once again whacking him in the back with her staff after getting annoyed with how many times he'd dodged. Yoichi on the other hand would probably find that a lot of fun. He seemed to like sparring and actual fights when it wasn't very easy and actually took some effort. She stared at Kanone when he messed up her hair and then sighed heavily once his attention had shifted to Zale. She lifted her hand up and ran her fingers through her hair lightly to try and fix whatever mess he had made. Since it was still in the ponytail he'd put it in for her, she assumed it wouldn't take much at all to fix it.

Zale looked up at Kanone as soon as he spoke to him and within seconds of Kanone inviting him to jump up on him, he had and had already proceeded to slobber on his face while he licked it. He was just as full of energy as before and not very careful so if Kanone hadn't been paying attention, Zale probably could've knocked him off kilter from jumping on him like he had. Not to mention his tail was wagging back and forth so hard that it wouldn't even take too much for Zale to knock himself over.

Cyndel 12-17-2008 08:03 AM

Kanone blinked when Zale dove up on him and actually had to take a small step back to keep his balance, though he had been ready for the canine to jump up on him....he just hadn't quite anticipated so much force in the motion. He laughed and turned his face away when Zale started to lick his face all over. "Gack! Ha ha Alright! Alright! Ha ha Enough already!" he said as he pushed back a little on Zale's neck to get his tongue away from his face. "Ha ha ha good to see you, too." he told him as he continued rubbing his ears. He smiled and wrapped his arms around Zale' neck like he was hugging him and then looked at Aamori, "Awww I like this one, can I keep it?" he asked in an almost boyish tone, though he was of course joking. It seemed like he already had one of his own though...she was nowhere near as much fun to play with. Or...well at least not from what he'd seen. He chuckled and finally pulled his arms away and gave Zale a light push, "Alright, now, down." he said lightly. "Let's go in, then you can sit on me if you want to."

Yotsy 12-17-2008 09:38 AM

Aamori looked over to Kanone and watched as Zale was getting his attention. She was pretty sure Zale was loving that since he wasn't usually allowed to jump up on people, if it could be avoided. She smiled a little hearing the way he joked about keeping Zale. Even with his joking she wasn't so sure the guards would be happy losing Zale to anyone. He did keep them well entertained after all and they all seemed to really like him. She dropped her hand back down to her side once Kanone had started to tell Zale to get down and then she started over to the door to open it. She pulled it open, making sure to leave plenty of room for Zale to get inside before she glanced back over to Kanone. "Zale can't sit on you for too long if you still want him to run that message and have it reach your grandfather soon." She reminded him while waiting on Zale to head inside so she could go in as well.

Zale stopped licking him once he had pushed back a little on his neck and told him that was enough. He certainly liked it better when no one yelled at him for greeting this way. He continued to wag his tail rather happily until Kanone started telling him to get down. His tail came to a slow stop and he backed up until he dropped back down onto all fours. He turned his head slightly to look at Aamori after she had opened the door and made mention of running a message. Well at least that explained what he was doing here again. He had kind of hoped it was just because they wanted to play or something. Just once he'd like to be called to play rather than work. Then again, he couldn't really complain that much. He did like playing messenger, it always rewarded nicely. He continued to stand there for a moment before he finally moved closer to the door and started to head inside since Aamori had been holding it open. Once he was inside he stepped closer to the courtyard and then turned his head back to watch for Aamori and Kanone.

Cyndel 12-17-2008 09:51 AM

Kanone chuckled softly and shook his head a little when Aamori said that he couldn't sit on him for too long. "Fine, he can sit at me while you scribble on something." he amended. He waited until Zale had gotten down and then started toward the door since Aamori was holding it, and then gave her a playful salute. "Thank you!" He looked down to Zale again and smiled since he saw him looking back at them and then reached down to rub his ears again. he sighed heavily. "Ah well...there's two more here....maybe I can talk Nobu into playing fetch." he said with a laugh. He thought about it for a moment and then laughed nervously, "On second thought...he'd probably bite me for even asking." He smiled slightly and then knelt down in front of Zale and continued rubbing his ears, "Isn't that right, buddy?" he asked with a grin.

Yotsy 12-17-2008 10:38 AM

Aamori chuckled quietly after seeing Kanone's salute and then made sure to shut the door behind her once they were all inside. She had to admit, it was kind of nice going this long without an arguement that ended in either her or the other person she was with leaving. Now if only she could manage this long hanging around with Celestine. She was pretty sure that if it'd been Celestine with her from the start of the day he probably would've given up and gone somewhere to dry off after what happened at the beach. She sighed softly and looked at Kanone and then down to Zale. "...I guess I'll be right back." She started. "I'm going to go borrow some paper and a pen from medical." She said as she pointed towards the door she was going to step behind. After a moment she lowered her hand and smiled a little before heading for the door. When she reached it she slipped inside and started to get a note ready for Zale's collar.

Zale's tail started wagging again as soon as Kanone touched his head and then the speed picked up a little when he made mention of fetch. Though it seemed like he wasn't going to get to play right away since Kanone only mentioned fetch along with Nobu's name. He leaned his head into his hand a bit once he'd knelt down in front of him and continued rubbing his ears. He started to tilt his head to the side a little as Kanone continued. '...Nobu does seem a little more on the serious side.' He commented in response to his question. '...So ...where are you two sending me?' He asked finally. He'd gathered that much on his own so now he was just curious as to where he was going.

Aamori was in the room long enough to scribble something simple down on the first note which was going to grant passage for Marius and then a slightly more detailed note to go along with it closed up and labeled for Marius specifically explaining why this blue lump of fur was coming to find him. She just hoped that it'd be easy enough for Marius to find the tube on Zale's collar for these notes. Once she was finished she stepped back out into the hall and started to move back over to where Kanone and Zale were.

Kanone smiled slightly and nodded to Aamori when she said that she was going to borrow a pen and paper from medical. "Alrightly." he said lightly as he gave her a wave. He watched her until she'd gotten inside the room and then looked back to Zale again. He chuckled softly and nodded when he said that Nobu seemed serious. "Yeah... no wonder him and Cel get along so well." he said simply. He smiled weakly when he asked where they were sending him next. "To mu grandfather's house in Celedonia... it's the nearest village to this territory." He said softly, "...It's a bit of a long way, I almost hate to make you go, but there is a stream that goes right through the village, so you should be able to swim most if not all the way." he continued to rub behind Zale's ears, "It's just to beautiful hear, and peaceful. See...he lost his daughter-in-law to a group of dragon hunters recently, and with me and Cel gone, there's really no one else there... and Aamori was telling me about the place where the elders can stay here, so I thought it might be nice for him to come and stay here for a little while and get away for a bit." He didn't know how much these canines knew about family relations or how much they even cared, but even if he was just talking to Zale he still didn't come flat out and say that the deceased was his mother. "If you want I'll play with you as much as you feel like when you get back." he said lightly, "Or at least as much as I can stand." he added with a soft laugh, "And I bet if you asked him he'd give you a treat for the trip." He glanced up when he heard the door opening again and smiled at Aamori, buttoning his lips so that he didn't look like he'd lost his marbles for talking to a dog...thing.
