Yeah, thrift stores can have some really nice stuff if you browse through them.
@Juniper: I wouldn't pay 100$ for a skirt unless it was like... made of pure gold or something. :lol: But then I wouldn't be able to wear it. @Rainiy: I hate when things don't fit right! Especially when you find soemthing that looks fabulous on the hanger, and you think it will look great on you but then it doensn't fit. It makes me soo mad! For me, the problem is i have really long legs, so most pants are just an inch or so too short, just enough for it to be noticeable. |
I like shopping, but only if i have enough money.. Besides, I don't really shop like 'shop' a lot.. I just usually buy what i need, but i try on a lot of things first..

That's pretty much what I do too. Except sometimes when I'm really bored I'll go browse for stuff at the mall, but the mall near my house is tiny.

it's partly true, partly not.i do like shop for clothes. but i'm a bit picky,..no i should say, very picky that it took me a very loong long longg time ( not hours, but days/weeks/even months ) before i would but that clothes.. i usually end up not buying, because it got sold XD |

My mom sometimes shops and I am bored to death. Other times I can just eye shop and never be bored! However, eye shopping is very tempting, I almost can never come out of a store without buying at least one thing...Unless I am broke. |

Ew, shopping for clothes is a pain,
I love grocery shopping (because I love the smell of those stores) and shopping for manga, but I hate shopping for clothes. I hate having to try on millions of different outfits, and only buying like...two, or none at all. Furthermore, the new style nowadays, I don't really like, and I can't find any clothes that look good on me. The new style is too long, and the clothes are too thin, or they have some absurd phrase on the front. It's terrible! :< |

But unfortunately I have to try on clothing, because of my body type v.v... not everything fits me or looks good, so I have to make sure how it looks. Sometimes I like shopping sometimes I don't. For now I need to go shopping for clothes, I usually wear black t shirts with names of bands >> and baggy pants, but I 'm starting to work so I have to make a visit and buy nice formal shirts and etc. What I do love is shoe shopping <.<... and I can't even wear shoes! they hurt x.x... so ironic ;.; and sad. |
Well, I don't like clothes shopping as much as I like video game shopping XDDD. If it's with my friends then yeah I kind of like shopping. I tend to like accessories though. What I hate is paying for the clothes because I like it, but I like my money too x). With shoes I pick one good pair that I like and I go, I don't like trying on shoes for whatever reason.
@RoyalSquishy: Yeah, I agree. I don't exactly like today's style. There's apparently almost no room for warm long sleeves. Also I don't get why people like clothes with giant lettering on it. If there's some saying on it, then yeah that's fine, but taking up the whole shirt is very distracting D:. Personally though I'd like a long shirt to a supper short shirt x). |
I love shopping! It doesn't have to be for clothes, either. I just love buying things in general. I even like going to the grocery store with my mother. >.> Getting new things is awesome, and it is a chance to get out of the house and hang out with my mom. I always like that part of it. I mean, I can't be the only one that gets really bored of being in the house, right?

Shopping for clothes for me is pretty fun when I find something I like, which is exceptionally rare, unless of course I'm out shopping and I have no money, then everything seems to be twice as shiny and awesome. Also, it's a bit wierd but I like wandering about with bags of stuff I like, but it all balances out when I get back home and realise just how much I've spent :cry:

I love shopping, specially window shopping...if the items aren't clothes.. I hate to have to try to see if they fit my body or not, to check prizes, or specially when I have to hunt for particular items which I have no idea which shops sell them. >_< |
I like shopping when my mother isnt there to get on my nerves lol. Like my favorite stores are hot topic and stuff like that and it gets on my nerves when she nags at me for buying something she thinks isnt good in her book. When my mother is shopping with me I just want to shoot myself.

I'm not overly fond of clothes shopping, but I have found myself actually enjoying it before. ^^;. So I guess I could say I'm somewhere in the middle. However, I DO like shopping, though. :). But only at stores I like, such as Suncoast, or Borders. :)

I mean I know you can, but it is just way too expensive! Brand name clothes themselves are way too expensive. I don't need someone else's name in brand form on my shirt , especially not for an extra twenty to fifty percent hike in the price! I'll take my cheap naked version and spend the rest of my dough on the same in different colors, thank you very much! I do like shopping a little too much I think, but I cannot always do it because it is not just the trying on of the clothes, but I don't have the money to shop for new things as much as I want. We need a half price day sale at the mall like we do at the event store, heh! |

Not so much for clothes, but for books and toys and stuff. Actually, I just prefer hanging out at the mall. It's fun. :3 I hate shopping for jeans though. D: |

Clothes shopping, noooo!
I hate it! I also hate coordinating outfits, because some days certain tops and jeans wont fit. So I just buy dresses. Nothing fancy, because I hate doing my hair and makeup. But the other day I went shopping for new work clothes (tuxedo shirt and black pants) and I went crazy. I'm yelling at the people working there for not having more variety, and I'm freaking out because the shirts are almost see-though, and that store didn't have any under shirts or camis. I didn't even put the clothes back, I just balled them up and threw them at the lady by the dressing room. |
I pretty much despise shopping for clothes. I've been this way for a long time. Shopping has just always been something my mother and older sister enjoy, while my dad and I prefer to spend our time playing video games and stuff. There are only three things I enjoy shopping for; books, art supplies, and video games. Everything else is just a pain for me. |
I'm a bargain hunter when it comes to shopping. ^__^ I like to shop for things on sale. Being a plus-sized person, it's hard to find good sales.
The other day, Walmart had a bunch of shirts for $3 and $5. I bought a few, just because they were cheap. I don't really care what they look like, as long as they fit. ^__^ My work has a uniform now, so clothing sucks to be bought anyways, lol. |
