I'll probably go to prison because....
 

If you had to go to prison for something, what would it be?
It could, be a sin, a revenge or a false justice.
I'd most likely go to prison for killing someone who had sexually abused or hurt/killed a child...What would you do?

Killing someone I see killing/hurting someone else.

Killing someone I despise.

I would want to go to prison for murdering that guy from the chance game you see when you lose.

Probably assault on an annoying people. xD [Over here, if you're thirteen, you can get charged for it.]

I'll have reenacted every murder from JTHM.

That's or I'll be busted kicking some child abuser's butt.

I don't think I'd ever actually go to jail because of my mental health history. A decent lawyer could easily get me sent to a maximum security psychiatric facility instead (which, for those who don't know, is what happens to those found to be insane- they don't get off scott free.) I think I'd actually prefer jail to the psychiatric hospital because I've been in one before and the ability to deny personal freedoms within a psychiatric hospital is much more than in prison. I hear a lot of people get upset when people try to plead insanity because they think that person will get off easy, but when you're in a psychiatric hospital, you can't do anything, even pee without being watched or at least the possibility of someone barging in at any point to check on you. Sleep can be more difficult than you'd expect if you're in a unit with someone severely disturbed. For example, when I had to be in one, there was a girl in my unit who would scream nonstop for hours on end and mostly at night because she didn't want to sleep. They also open your door to check on you every half hour, which if you're a light sleeper, will wake you up.
The worst of it though is that they can force medication on you if they deem it necessary. There were people who would get injected with drugs that left them in a dazed stupor, unable to do much aside from drool for hours. The girl with the screaming problem got that a lot and she'd go from screaming and frantic to not being able to talk or walk. That was her entire life, going back and forth between those two states. Psychiatric medication can also have some pretty nasty side effects, worse than some of what they're treating.
So yeah, if I had the choice, I'd prefer prison, but like I said, with my history, any decent lawyer would make sure I never actually went to prison. As to what I'd be going for though, it would likely be that I finally snapped and really hurt someone or killed them. I tend to keep a lot of anger bottled up rather than starting fights with people but every now and then it comes out and so, if I'd kept too much in, I could see snapping and at least really hurting someone.

To be quite honest, for attempted murder (cause i wouldnt be able to do it all the way)... for what my real father did to me as a kid.

He walks free while i get to have the mental issues... all because a 6 year old couldn't tell a judge exact dates of what he did to us... hows that for fair? :evil:

I would go to jail for killing some of my old classmates from elementary school.

You see...they were the types who learned how babies were made a little too soon. >.>; I know many of you won't believe me when I say this (because even I admit it's damn hard to believe unless you were there), but a few of them actually tried to rape me...when everyone involved was 5. I don't know WHERE they got that idea, but...ugh. I'm not forgiving that one any time soon. x_x; They assaulted me several times, actually - one time in the third grade, they actually knocked me unconscious.

It disturbs me that I CAN think like this...but I've had dreams of killing them. And in the dreams, I regret nothing. In real life, when I wake up, I don't feel bad...unless you count feeling bad about NOT feeling bad.

Of course, I'd probably never kill them - and I'll probably never end up in jail. But if I ever DO end up in jail...it will probably be for killing them.

Or...there are a few people I care about to such an extreme extent...if someone were to harm them in any way, I would be arrested for assault, attempted murder, or murder depending on how serious a crime the "victim" committed to make me seek revenge.
