I'm working on design based project for my web class that involves interviewing Freelancers, Web Developers and Designers and I would be grateful if a representative of Menewsha's development team would be willing to answer a few brief interview questions.
I hope this is the appropriate place to post but I didn't want to just send a random PM.

1. As a designer, what are the most common issues and complications you face, how do you overcome those issues?

As a designer, I think getting the design to work properly in all browsers, including cellphones is my number one enemy. I try to look at what I've done in the past to correct certain issues and when in doubt, ask a friend or colleague for some help, it's a great way to learn.

Never be afraid to ask questions. There is no such thing as a dumb question, only silly ones. Also, take your past mistakes with you and use them when making future decisions. Experience is a very effective tool, take advantage of that.

I think that all depends on the project that I'm working on. Right now I wake up and have a cup of coffee, read a little news (news junkie), then check and respond to all my emails. I'm typical on the computer for a good 10-12 hours a day working. I take small breaks to do some household chores and fix myself something to eat. After all that is said and done, I like to spend the rest of my time with my friends and family.

I get to meet and talk to many different people from all sides of the world. The flexibility really works well for me to. Just today I did some laundry while working, how great is that?

I'm currently working from my Linux box and I use the default text editor for most of my coding. Most of my coding ability is stored in my brain, so I don't need anything else. The only thing I have to have in my text editor is auto FTP. I also love the fact that I can FTP into my websites directly from my desktop. I'll be getting a Macbook Pro soon, so I'll have to get used to it all over again.

Be very humble and professional with what you do and never take advantage of someone. Your kind acts and dedication WILL pay off.
