He noticed her lean closer, and he started to blush a bit himself. The moment seemed held in suspension, as though even if world war III started outside of their window he would not have noticed.

And then she pulled back again, and it was as though the world restarted itself with a jerk. Had she... had she wanted to? Or was it his imagination he wondered? He certainly did not wish to make a fool of her and... wait. Did he want to be kissed? He could not remember the last time...

...Perhaps he did. This realization made him blush again. He looked back towards her as she apologized, shaking his head. So many times... he had just stood back from what he wanted in life. Perhaps he was getting a bit tired of that. Or perhaps... perhaps he wished to see what might happen. Perhaps it was for another reason altogether.

But he gently brought his own head down, and said, "Don't be." And with, that, his lips met hers instead.

And then that was it. Aisselene felt the fireworks, just as well as Jacobs warm lips pressing against her own. This was what she'd been waiting for, what she wanted to do, but couldn't. Now, nothing else mattered.

Leaning up into his arms, Aissel returned him the favor of a kiss, a deep one. It was like she couldn't help herself..
She slowly brought her arms around his neck, he was so warm..
She had never put much thought into his body temperature, up until now. She knew he ran hot, but not this hot. Of course, she wasn't going to let go of him because of something like that, but he did seem overly warm..
Maybe he was nervous, or a bit anxious..
Or maybe, he just liked her. Maybe he cared about her, and enjoyed kissing her, who knows, maybe she'd would get lucky and actually have someone like that around this time.

The sensation that followed such an action was unexpected. Jacob had seen his share of lovers to be sure, especially in his foolish college days. But this... this was different. In every way.

And when she kissed him back deeply, he was left almost breathless, his head sent spinning. He blushed brighter red, and after their kiss ran his free hand through her hair.

"Wow..." he said, looking into her eyes. "You're really something Aissel." And he kissed her again, because he could, his hand over hers. He was certain he was as red as a cherry, and he simply did not care.

Really soemthing... that was an understatement to soemthing he simply did not have the words for quite yet...

Resting her head against Jacob's chest, Aisselene found herself smiling, "And you think you're nothing?"

Smiling up at him, she noticed the color on his face, and only smiled more widely. He was cute. Not only was he cute, he was sweet. Aissel couldn't help but to giggle a little bit as her head rested upon Jacob's chest again. Deeply she inhaled his scent, that intoxicating, and strong smell that she loved.

The movie must have gone off by now, because she really couldn't hear it. But maybe she just wasn't paying enough attention to see if it was off or not; she hadn't been paying attention to the screen anyway.

She was focused on something else, something more important, something special, something she actually enjoyed... Him.

"Now now, we're talking about you, not me," he replied, giving an amused smile as he wrapped an arm around her. She of course was not nearly as warm as he was and yet... somehow she felt warm nonetheless. She made everything seem warmer, oddly. He had given up on trying to explain it.

Perhaps... some things just could not be explained.

He sighed with content, not really aware of the movie either. Everything he needed, right now, seemed to be right here didnt it?

"Mmmm... I'm really glad I met you Aissel," he murmured into her ear, his warm breath but a short distance from her ears. He spoke in a tone that said more than his words did. A tone of relief, of affection. He... was unused to these feelings. But he was glad they were there...

Smiling, Aissel closed her eyes.
She didn't know what to say, well actually she did. But she didn't want to say it now, it would be strange...

"I'm glad I met you too," she whispered back.

Taking her free hand, she pulled the blanket back towards her body, and flipped off the television.
This was much better than listening to the T.V. by a log shot.

Scooting herself higher up into Jacob's lap, she kissed the side of his neck, and then re-settled herself back onto the place beside him, her head leaning against his leg.

"Night," she said as she looked up at him smiling.
"If you want to sleep in my bed, it's fine, or you could try to squeeze on here with me."

((I just realized Jacob has the same name as the guy in Twlight *facepalms* which is sad since, like I said, I never read the books! Sorry this entry doesn't have much, btw > >; ))

He smiled, looking down at her. "I do believe that perhaps might be the easiest decision I have ever been given," he replied, as he gently kissed her forehead. "Good night," he told her, as he adjusted himself a slight.

His arm somehow found its way back around her, as he drifted off into sleep. It had been a rather long day after all, and in the morning he should be much better healed as well. But... he really liked this.

This was so much better than what he was used to.

And, he realized, he would fight to keep things like this. 'Thank you Aissel...' were his last thoughts, before drifting off deeper into sleep. If one could see him while he slept right now, it really was the picture of content.

(Haha, you're just now realizing that? When did you find out?)

The next morning seemed to come in a flash. Aisselene found herself still on the couch somehow, with Jacob snoring over her. She smiled, it was real.

Sitting up slowly, she yawned quite loudly, and stretched her arms above her head.

She got up from the couch, and stumbled into the kitchen, it was ten o'clock.
She leaned up to her cabinet, searching for some cereal, or something of that sort. However, she only found a loaf of bread.
Taking that down, she sighed and began to raid the fridge of all eggs, ham, anything she could find.

((I found out seeing a roleplayer with the username of Jacob Black mention it. I was like O.O Wow, I feel slow! *Giggles* But yeah, it was a total fluke, Jacob just happens to be the name of like, my only male wolfy muse. ))

Jacob actually slept rather well, as of course evidenced by the snore. A snore which, sadly, he had not exaggerated upon. It was shortly after she had gotten up that he began to stir himself. Blinking, he glanced around.

It was a strange place wait... no. No it wasn't. This was a familiar place now, her place. He quickly recalled the events of yesterday, pondeirng to himself. It almost seemed like a dream... didn't it? Had he really stood up to the Alpha? Was he really a rogue now? Did he... did he really have that oh so wonderful kiss, those peaceful moments? Were those real? He was praying so, praying this wasn't some strange fevered dream.

Propping himself up, he found his ears catching sounds form the kitchen. He caught sight of her, and a smile graced his lips once more. It was no dream... thank god. "Good morning," he told her. "Need any help? I am told I can make a pretty mean meat omelet..." His other eye was now healing at least, and although a slight bit of a haze covered it was usable again at the very least. And his neck had sealed shut, and was now healing over.

He certainly looked much better for the sleep... except for his hair. Hair which went everywhere, although he did not even realize how it looked!

Peering around the small wall between them, she laughed a bit at Jacob's hair. It was indeed everywhere.
"You can cook if you'd like," she said walking out. "I was going to, but you can help."

Walking over to him, she ruffled his hair slightly,"Nice hair ya got going."

Leaning down, she popped him a quick kiss on his forehead, then dashed into the bathroom.

"If you want to brush your teeth, I have an extra tooth brush," she called out to him as the nob for warm water.

She was overall excited, period. Jacob was in her house, with her, and he wasn't naked, it was perfect. Maybe things would get better, maybe Joe would just give up.

He figured cooking was the least he could do, for staying here! Might as well earn his keep right? He glanced upwards when she ruffled his hair and blushed. "Surely it isn't THAT bad is it? Perhaps I was ggoing for the wild and untamed look?" he asked then, giving a light wink.

Of course, morning hair like his went far beyond 'wild and untamed.'

"Are you trying to say I have bad breath?" he called back, teasingly as he started gathering supplies for making omelettes. Meat, meat, meat! Go meat!

Hmmm... he really was perky this morning wasn't he? It was just the morning started off so differently than any other morning... so wonderfully. He still expected this to be some sort of dream, and to wake up. But... so far it wasn't. So far it was very real.

Of course, his omelettes were quite messy, but they sure smelled good as he hunted a bit for the plates. Setting them up, he walked towards the bathroom. Catching Aissel by the sink, he kissed her cheek and wrapped his arms around her a moment.

"For catching me by surprise earlier," he told her, before gently giving her hair a light ruffle as he started back towards the kitchen. "Breakfast is ready!" he called behind him.

MAN! He was so hyper today, he was acting like a... like a big puppy! But... it was nice. It was awesome. It was... it was everything he could ask for.

((Sorry this is so late > >; I went monitor shopping today. UPGRADE! Haha, and really, you PM him? Spiffy, hope that rp is goingw ell! ))

Aisselene was also in a good mood, but she could tell that Jacob was mush more joyful.

When Jacob ran into the bathroom and kissed her she jerked, and giggled with a mouth full of toothpaste,"Mmm-mmhhm!"

After she finished her teeth, she grabbed a comb and began brushing her hair as she walked into the kitchen
"It smells good," she said as she bumped her hips into his from the side.
"And you know," she began. "I didn't say you had bad breath, only dog breath."

She thought that was a good comeback for that one.

Grabbing the nearest plateful of food she spotted, she inhaled deeply and sat down at the table.
She was starving. It was now she'd realized that she had not had anything to eat for who knows how long, and it was getting to her.

((I also had a massive brainfart and didnt wanna leave you with like... a sentence :P Im about to go eat in a few moments though > > ))

"You think I have dog breath?" he asked, feigning hurt. He breathed a bit into his hand and sniffed then. "Okay, maybe a little," he admitted with a sheepish grin. He supposed he would have to be careful about that at the very least!

He noted her nearly inhale the food and couldn;' help but laugh. "And folks say I wolf down food!" he teased her, before starting in on his own. "And if that doesn't fill you up, I don't know what will!" he added.

"Hey... do you mind if we drop by my place later?" he asked. "Or well, my er.. temporary hangout anyways. I need to go pick up a few of my things," he told her. Not that he had much, just a bit of clothing of course. And well, a small surprise he knew he should look into as soon as he could. "It won't take us long, promise!"

(Okies, and eating is fine, duh. X3)

Biting into her food, Aissel smiled at Jacob's words; he was funny.
She looked puzzled though when Jacob explained wanting to go to his place.
Swallowing her food, she smiled, "You have a place?"
Looking down, she took another bite.
"I don't mean to sound rude, but I just thought you lived with the pack mostly..."

It was true though, she thought packs lived together, like twenty four seven or something.

"I mean, don't you live with the pack alot?"

"No no," Aissel said quickly. "We can go! I just thought you lived with the pack alot, and I was right.
I don't mind taking you, I promise," she said in one big blur.

She did want to take him, but she just didn't get taken correctly, as usual.

"Anyway," she said. "Did you sleep well, because you know, that snoring was terrible when I woke up. You were just lucky I was so tired, otherwise, I would have literally kicked you off the couch."

Aisselene smiled. She really didn't mind his snoring much at all. It was nice to know that someone was there is she needed them..

"Yeah, but then you probably would have killed me Jake," she said before taking a bite.
"And then you would be all alone, and I'd be dead, and it would be the end."
Aisselene smiled as she mad her point, and then finished off her omelet.
Walking her plate over to the sink, she began to wash it carefully, making sure she got every little speck off of the plate. She was one of those people who couldn't stand for something to be out of order in any way.

Putting the clean plate in the dish rack she sighed as she flipped off the water.
Picking up the various meats Jacob had used for his wonder omelet's, Aisselene put everything back into its original spot in the fridge.
"There," she said. "All better."

Jake pondered this a moment, before folding his arms and putting on a mock pout. "Haha, ruin all my fun then why don;t ya?" he replied, lightly sticking out his tongue. "Besides, there are OTHER ways of getting revenge," he added, giving a devilish smirk. "Why I could have found a feather and tickled you with it, gotten some cold water from the fridge even..."

As he brought his own plate over to clean, he smirked. "Uh-oh... clean freak right?" he asked, laughing lightly. "Well, that does it, guess I'm doomed. I may actually have to elarn how to use a laundry basket now..." he teased.

Truth was though, he was a male. And as such, probably had a few habits he would have to check himself upon from time to time. Maybe a bit more often. His own plate clean, he held it up to inspect it.

"there! Now I shall not have to face the wraith of Aissel!" he added, with a touch of a overdramatic flair. Simply because he could, and it was fun too.

Smiling slightly, Aissel crossed her arms, standing about three inches away from his body.
"Need I remind you," she began, bumping her body into his. "I have leverage Jake.."

Since Jacob was un-averagely tall, Aisselene had to practically stand on her tiptoes to reach his neck.
Kissing it slightly, she wrapped her arms around his neck.

"And you're telling me that you want to be mean to me? Cause if you're mean... I might not kiss you anymore. I just might stop kissing you all together."

Remaining around his neck, she smiled up at him, while attempting to kiss his lips.
"I'm too short," she whined.

"Oh yes, keep reminding me. I have a bad memory you know," he replied, giving a light grin. He looked down at her, and his grin broadened.

"Tease you, maybe. But I could never be mean to you," he replied, as he waited a moment longer. "Short huh? I believe this can be remedied..." And with a wink, he picked her up in his arms, and stole a kiss.

"Oh dear, I seem to have a helpless lady in my arms. Whatever shall I do with my oh so helpless captive?" he asked theoretically, laughing lightly. Oh yes, this was great fun indeed!

Holding one arm around his neck, Aissel smiled.
She leaned in to kiss him again, but a her lips touched his, she jerked back. "Dog breath," she announced.
"Go brush your teeth, and I can kiss you again. And I would quite like that."

Aissel began to shimmy her way out of his arms.
"Go," she said pointing towards her bathroom.

Aisselene was laughing on the inside. He really didn't have dog breath, she just wanted him to brush his teeth so he'd be nice and fresh, just like her.
Or, the way she was before she ate that omelet.

((*Giggles* Nu, just assault her with unbrushed teeth :P))

A bright blush met his cheeks the, as the state of his breath was announced. "Just for that, next time, I am putting onions and garlic in my omelette," he informed her. After helping her down, he sighed.

"Fine fine," he replied. "Sheesh! For this sort of sacrifice, there had better be two kisses involved! And maybe some tongue!" he teased with a wink, just to get a reaction, before striding into the bathroom.

Normally, he would have cheated and just gone into his wolf form and gnaw on a few bones. That... wasn't really feasible here was it? Living with the guys, of course, one didn't have to be a stickler of these sort of details after all. But, this was a different place, different rules, and he knew it would be more than worth it. As such, finding the toothbrush that was dry, he set to work.

Coming back in, minutes later, he flashed his pearly whites. "Better?" he asked. "Wouldn't want my doggy breath to curl your hair after all yanno," he added.

When Jacob returned, Aissel smiled victoriously.
"Okay," she said. "Now you're going to have to lean down or something, because I'm short, remember?"

Stepping onto Jacob's feet, Aissel even got on her tiptoes, but still, she was too short.
She made straining noises as she tried to reach his face. "Come on," she whined. "Help me out here, this is no fun!"
Straining upwards, she tried to even wrap her arms around her neck, and alas no avail.
"I give up!"
Stepping off of him, she pouted and crossed her arms, now she didn't like this.
