I can't get Gold from the Games

Whenever I try to send my score for the descender game, it never loads and gives me the gold I played for.
And also, is there a newbies guide?

The newbie guides are in the fresh meat section.

Descender doesn't give out gold, which you'd know if you read the thread of frequently asked questions. I suggest reading it now. Most questions are answered in there.
