I know what you mean Pickles, I'm to much of a country girl myself to really to enjoy the city. I like open spaces and not to many people. :)

;D Ditto. Although I'm originally a northeast person[moved to Oklahoma a few years ago] D; I should be used to the crowds, I don't think anything really prepares you for New York City.

New York is one of those places I'm slightly in awe of but I don't think I would ever really want to spend much time there. XD

I feel the same way about Tokyo as well. They're both just such big noisy cities that I know I would end up feeling bewildered and a bit intimidated. If I was ever there by myself I probably wouldn't barely leave the hotel room.

I agree with you, I think New York City and Tokyo are the two most overwhelming cities. Los Angeles might be another, but that's one I really don't want to go to. xD I don't blame you, I think I might've broken down if I weren't here with friends and my room mate. I am glad that this is the last day though, although we might come back before Thursday [or so] to go to Chinatown and eat at a Dim Sum resturant that we went to last time we were here. |
o.o i don't nyc is too overwhelming but then again i live in the state right next to it and visit it every once in a few months xD;; i never been to tokyo but i want to. *u* hehe i only been to other parts of japan in the mountain and village areas. rofl. and i want to go back to seoul, korea. i love that city xD <3 |
The only other country I've ever been too has been Canada XD I've been to New York City plenty of times, I find it overwhelming each time, I hate crowds, gives me panic attacks. |
