Is the scarf made with normal yarn or is it one of those ruffle kind?

I'm working on a commission as well as some bunnies at the same time. ^^ I'm hoping people will like the bunnies enough to buy them.

Normal yarn. I don't know how to do ruffle ones. The only stitch I know is single crochet.
