Ok then, this is what I think we should do. First of all we should push it back to June. Simply because they are already having the Earth day thing this month, and the event in May. Not to mention the software switch over.
Then what I think we need to do is go around and get a committment for something from each staff member that abides by the TOS but makes them auction worthy. Because auctioning off the staff if you don't actually get anything is pointless. People aren't going to pony up gold for nothin. Plus it creates a friendly competition for the staff to come up with something unique to win without it being a popularity contest. All the proceeds can go to a staff run charity. Then I think we should have some contests for people to win prizes. Like a trivia contest about the staff. The person who gets the most right answers wins a prize and we could do it in rounds. We can have an art contest where they draw the staff members and win a prize for the best picture, etc. This won't be this hard. |

Yep, also seems very good. Now we need to figure out what they're auctioned off to do! Sounds like a good plan, but someone else should host that part. Seems confusing on my part. Maybe because it's 2:45 A.M. xD Yea, I like that. |
Right but we need to ask each one of them what they would like to do for their auction talent. We can't just choose it.

juniper_silver and I were combing the boards for mod and admin trivia.
I had been assigned to try and ask people to doante to the SAD Storage account for prizes. I think Winter Wind was assigned to that as well. I saw in the previous thread that Uzura was some part of the award assignment and award nominations. And Kitami was planning something too, but I'm not clear on what it was. That's the most I know. |
Blond had me working on the Pick a Pair of Pixel Panties game.
I've just been working things out with Tre Le Coco. She's getting each of the staff to customize a pair of panties. When we actually have the event, its going to be set up where each pair of panties will be paired with a number. Whoever wants to play is going to try to match the panties with the staff member that they belong to. The person with the most correct guesses at the end of the game wins a prize. |

Ummm, I'm doing the Art Contest so I'm supposed to be mentioning it to artists when I get the chance. She also wanted me to get together a panel of staff members to be judges. We have so many staff though it's hard to pick just a few to ask. ;o; ANYONE VOLUNTEER? |
GH might have you guys do something else, he might even decide not to do the contests we had chosen. I have no idea. I am no longer involved in this, so you will have to ask him. Good luck with it all you guys! :D
