Staying quiet for a moment now, Dana didn't even think of Reno kissing her. It was all a device to keep her quiet..
"Maybe you were being polite, and.. you were drunk. So who knows."

Scooting around still, Danae closed her eyes, and tried not to smile. She couldn't help but to smile, remembering Reno at the bar, in all of his drunken glory. It really wasn't that funny, but it just seemed that way for her.

Apparently, she scooted a bit too much, and she gasped, her eyes popping open.
"Ow.."
This would certainly be rough, if she survived that is. What if she died..?
What if I die!?

She was now mentally, freaking out, and with good reason. Yazoo could have easily hit something vital.

((*Tackles* RWAR!!! *pins hands))

"Yes, I was drunk, but I was fully aware of what I was doing...just like I was in the square."
He nodded while looking around, smiling.

"Danae?" He asked turning around.
"Be careful!" He hissed.
"Rude's not here and I can't have you dying on me."
He looked up just in time to see Rude pull up along the curb, he sighed thanking his lucky stars in order, and by name.
"Reno!?" He called stepping out of the car.
"I'm fine! It's Danae that's hurt! We've got to get her back to Shin-Ra ASAP!"
Rude jogged over and then gently lifted Danae in his arms.
"You're going to have to drive Reno."
"Good idea, you're better at this sort of thing than I am anyway." He ran ahead of the two and hopped in the driver's seat shifting the car into drive from where it idled.
Rude lay Danae in the back and took a seat beside her, holding her head in his lap while clamping his hand over the dripping kerchief.
"Remind me.." He said softly.
"To kill your boyfriend for messing up my car."

(Nooo! *struggles free, and runs around smacking myself* Bwahahaha! C: )


Danae didn't enjoy being jostled around by both Reno, and then Rude. But when they were in the backseat, she felt a slight blush fall over her face.
Blinking slightly, Danae cringed as Rude helped with her side.
"Boyfriend?" She asked, half dazed.

She really hadn't even thought of anything of that sort, not yet. She couldn't tell though, if it was sarcasm, or real. Especially coming from Rude.
He could be completely serious, and sound the same as sarcastic.
But regardless of all that, she couldn't even imagine such a thing.. Maybe it was because Reno was so goofy? Or maybe, because she it just hadn't occurred to her.

Now sort of staring up at Rude, she smiled slightly. He sure did like his sunglasses, didn't he?
"Take them off," she said like a child, reaching up to touch them.
Boy was she awake!

((*Gives up* FINE KILL ALL YOUR BRAIN CELLS!! You lose about 1,000 of them each time you hit your head you know. XDD))

He smiled gently.
"Nevermind." Reno punched the gas, and sped towards Shin-Ra not bothering to stop for redlights, or slow moving pedestrians...he had wounded and that meant time was not on his side.

Rude smirked.
"Why do you want 'em off so bad." But nevertheless, his hand moved quicker and easier than hers and he swept them off in a motion, his dark eyes blinking.
"Happy?" He asked.

(Fine, I will! *collapses*)


The sheer rushing of the car alone, was a bit much, and was making Danae's stomach churn around, as if being shot wasn't enough.
But she till smiled, and poked Rude in the cheek.
"Yes, I am. And if I die, I want you to take them off for me, kay?"

She giggled a little, and then closed her eyes, a pleasant smile, still on her face. The pain really wasn't so bad, once you got past all of the burning, and throbbing, and well...pain. Though, keeping her mind off of it seemed to make things easier.

She tried her best to think of it that way, as the car began to slow a bit, signifying the end of their journey. They were at the giant mirror, yay!

((*shakes head* Are juu dead yet?))

Rude's smile faded.
"Danae....you're not going to die, you hear me..Reno would kill me if I let anything like that happen to you." He smiled and scooped her up again, hauling her into the building calling for Elena and Teseng to meet him in the medical bay with all the nessecary equipment. Reno merely sat in the driver's seat staring hard at the wheel....then with a growl he snapped it into gear and zoomed out of the compound heading back.

(Nuu! D:< Do I even want to know what Reno is doing? xD)


Holding to Rude a bit, Danae felt bad for smudging all of her blood into his clothing. Ew.
"Where is Reno," she whined.
"I want him to kill you when I die!"

Puffing out her bottom lip, she stared up at Rude, with a sort of new admiration in her eyes. It was more of respect now, than anything.
He deserved it, and he had earned it from her. It was amazing, the calm he kept in a situation like this..
Whereas Reno.. Where was he?

((Yes...he's going to go back and possibly get himself killed XDDD))

Rude glared.
"How many times do I have to tell you.." He said laying her on the table nodding to Elena and Teseng.
"You're NOT going to die." But he did look around to see the redhead wasn't anywhere around.
Oh crap. He thought to himself.
"I'm going to go get him right now, you sit tight and Elena's gonna fix you right." He left with a firm glance to the other two and a reassuring nod from Teseng...the interrogation would wait until later.

Rude made his way back and let out a loud curse and slammed his fist into the wall when he saw the skid marks and the dust that lead away from Shin-Ra...and back into town.
"Reno you idiot....I'll kill you if you die on that girl...as hard as she's fighting now...I'll kill you."

"GET OUT HERE!" Reno cried stalking along the alleyways looking to and fro for any sign of movement.
"I'm going to shove my foot so far up your--" He hit the wall closest to him.
"YOU SHOT HER! COWARDS! I'M GOING TO RIP YOUR ARMS OFF!"

(Ooh, fun! :3 I'll just let there be a Danae time skip, and let huurrr be in surgery or something.)


Yazoo, Kadaj, and Loz hadn't been too far off, and Loz was the first to hear Reno.
"Well well," he began, getting to his feet, and stretching.
"Look who came back."

Kadaj laughed slightly, and left the area completely. He felt no need to be near the Turk. He wasn't fit to fight such a remnant.

"Yes Loz, let's go greet him.."

Jumping from a roof, literally feet from Reno's body, Loz grinned, arms crossed.
"You say something?" He asked.
"Yes," Yazoo said, landing behind him.
"I do believe he did brother.."

((Current music: The bad touch by the Blood Hound Gang....and it works XDD how scary is thatXDD))

He smiled darkly, hair falling into his face in small red lines.
"Oh yeah, I said something. I said I'm going to rip your arms off." He jerked out his pistol and Mag-Rod turning it all the way up in frequency.
"You shot Danae, she's got nothing to do with Shin-Ra, or JENOVA, she's an innocent, do you realize how much it pisses me off when innocents are involved?" He aimed for Loz's head.
"A LOT." He fired.

(Oh my God! It does! :D)


Loz smirked slightly, and ducked down quickly. Yazoo, only stepped aside, pulling out his own weapon of choice.

"If he wants to speak with her, then we will not stop him!"

Lunging at Reno suddenly, the electricity pulsed through Loz's gauntlet. And to make things better, Yazoo merely fired a few shots at Reno.
He was doomed certainly..
Though really, the two of them were just sort of having a good time.

Reno met them head on, he clashed energy with energy, parrying Loz with his baton, but quickly dodging down and rolling forward on the ground. He was angry, and that made him stupid....being stupid meant he was sure to leave an opening sooner or later.....and with his luck....most likely sooner.

Stepping back, Loz still smiled, but allowed Yazoo to have his turn with Reno, since apparently, he was the one he had a problem with.

Yazoo stepped forward, and pointed a gun down on Reno.
"Give me one reason Turk, to not slaughter the girl."

The most he'd ever spoken in one sentence, and it's all violence.

He glared up through his hair, gun held tightly in his fist.
"I don't need to give you a reason, the fact that I'm here is reason enough.
I'M NOT GOING TO LET YOU TOUCH HER AGAIN!" He leapt against Yazoo's knees, forsaking his weapons to tackle him to the ground. He was on him in a flash, his fist heading for his face, Reno's anger fueling him on a downward spiral of violence and chaos.

Yazoo seemed almost pleased with Reno's sudden burst of anger.
Although, Loz was over in a slip second, and thrust his foot against Reno's ribcage.

"Now that wasn't very nice," he said, picking Reno up by the shirt.
"Maybe you should take brother, and head over to find her, huh Yazoo?"

Yazoo was already back on his feet, brushing himself off, like nothing had happened.
"I agree. Maybe we can see what she has to say about this Turk."

Grinning, Loz released a sudden charge into Reno's body, and then tossed him aside.
"Nice try."

Crossed arms again, he couldn't help himself, but to laugh.

Reno grunted as he felt the shock throughout his body.
Damn... he thought as he flew off Yazoo.

"You leave her alone." He growled, standing. He felt limp though as he was lifted like a rag doll.
"Leave...her...." He screamed at the voltage that rippled thorugh his system, and fell against the wall, numb on his right side, twitching.
He grunted and rolled over, and started crawling back to where his pistol lay.
"I'm...not...not going to let you..." He could just about reach it...but his eyes were getting blurry and he blinked them trying to clear his vision.

"You are truly a pathetic man," Yazoo spat at Reno.
There was no point in dragging this out anymore. Reno failed, to them anyway.
He was weak in their eyes, oh well.

Laughing even more now, Loz kicked him again. This time, it was harder. He was just doing it to do it. To kick the man who was already down.

And after a moment, he left with Yazoo, in some random direction.
Luckily, it was in the right direction, if they wanted to see Danae.

He glared up.
"We'll see who's pathetic...." He growled out, his eyes clearing.
"We'll see."
He only grunted as the foot crashed into his already brusied ribs, but that was it...he wouldn't allow them the satisfaction of knowing that it hurt....that it REALLY hurt.

He lay there in the alley after they'd gone and sighed, lifting his hand to grab a passing cloud.
"Spiky....I wonder where you got you're strength....MAKO perhaps.....but I think...that wasn't all....there was something you had to protect..." He smiled.
"I just wonder if I can become that strong with just conviction...."

A bit later, Dana felt the nicely bandaged place on her side. It seemed she would be safe after all. No dying.
But where was Reno? She was sure he and Rude would be here when she was done..

Yawning slightly, she glanced around, and smiled slightly at Elena. She was a kind woman..
But where was Reno!?

"Umm, Elena.." She began after a second.
"Have you seen Reno or Rude since I got here.. I mean, after I was done..?"

((I'll reply in a bit, but don't wait up on me, I've got some things that I need to get off my chest before I explode, sorry about this))

Elena looked over, smiling kind of nervously.
"Oh they're probably around here somewhere. I'm sure they'll turn up sooner or later..." She glanced to the door worried, the truth was, Rude had already brought Reno back in, after he called in his location, Rude went right out and picked him up, Teseng was in the next room with him trying to assess the damage he'd taken. But it was too early to tell that to Danae.

(Oh no! What happened!? D: I want to help. *nods*)


Nodding, it was needless to say that she was a bit nervous.
She could have sworn that Reno would be there when she woke up.. She was positive he would have.
But Elena said everything was fine, right? Well, in a sense..

"You're right.. Probably."

But there was no denying the nervous tone to her voice.
It couldn't leave her, nope.

"I'm sure of it." She smiled.
Elena headed over and checked Danae's forhead for any signs of a fever.
"Well, you seem to be alright, are you hungry?" She chuckled.
"I made breakfast for you, but you were gone before I could bring it to you."

Nodding slightly, she couldn't deny her hunger.
"Sure, that would be nice."
It would certainly make her not think about Reno.

Climbing down from the table, she was careful, but still let out a yelp.
"Ow.." She said. "I think I'll have to be more careful about how I move around, huh? What did you make me..?"

"Oh no!" Elena moved to her side, and tried to support Danae as best she could.
"Don't move, I'll bring it in here, Okay? You really shouldn't move much at all with that hole in your side." She helped her back onto the table.
"I know it's a bit weird to eat in a place like this but it'll be alright, you'll see."
She smiled as she made her way to the door.
Danae could probably make it to the commons room...but the less she was out of the room...the less likely the chance that she'd see Reno....and how badly he'd come back.

Sighing slightly, Danae nodded.
Trying to get up, had quite hurt.. But hey!
If Elena took too long, she was coming after her, holy side, or not!

"I'll cope," she said. "But hurry, cause I don't think I've had anything to eat for at least twenty four hours."

Swinging her feet over the edge of the table, Danae sat, and waited.
She'd be getting up pretty soon.
