ok, so i'm new, and i'm trying to put get hair, so i go to where i am able to, but when i try it won't let me saying i have to clear my cache...what the crap is a cache, and how do i clear it?

I don't know how to clear the cache, but I had problems making an avatar too. I had issues making my character a female and I got the same error message. I figured out that I had to click the link that I wanted twice before it would work.

No need to panic.

Your cache stores temporary internet files.

Which browser are you using?
Internet Explorer?

Menewsha generally works the best with firefox so you may need to download that to equip/change your hair..

On firefox, you can clear your cache by clicking Tools > Clear Private Data.

It's different on other browsers though.
