the really thin heels are called stilettos
pumps are heels that are closed like that, but they can be peep toes they're not necessarily stilettos, they're just not open like sandals |

I've got a really cute pair of black and silver peep toe pumps that I wear pretty much any time I go somewhere where heels are appropriate. They were only $20 from Target xD
