Ever had really weird dreams?...
Like a dream where you're inside or doing something that you were thinking about before sleeping?
I'd been playing FF7 Crisis Core before going to sleep last night, next thing I know I'm standing outside the ShinRa building wearing a SOLDIER uniform and holding a REALLY big sword. O.o Another time I was just reading during the entire dream, coz I'd been reading before going to sleep. o.O And one other time I was a dog because I'd been thinking about getting one before sleeping. D: I'm just like: "Well I ate something I shouldn't have before sleeping." I know these questions are probably spoon-fed but I wanna know if you've had any weird wacko dreams like this before. |
Yupp this just happend to me last night i was reading Duma Key By Stephen King and i was reading it until 3 in the morning and then i finished it and fell asleep instantly and i had a dream about the whole entire book and all of the sudden i am getting hit by a crane(like he did in the book of course) then next thing i know i am in san diago..... wierd...

Wowzers. That sounds complicated. D: Some of Stephen King's books freaked me out when I was younger. Anyhow. I sometimes enjoy these kinda dreams. They're more fun then real life. xD Naturally. |
Heck yes they are weird dreams, haha but the best dreams are the dreams where you know that you are dreaming (i don't know the name for them)
Then you can just do what ever you wanted to cause you know haha your really not in reality and they are really fun i only had one those but i remember it was sweet I slapped the president,.... that was a good day. haha |
I have dreams like that all the time. I usually dream I'm in dragonball z and that I'm a regular character but it's not really me. I hate wakeing up from those dreams.

@Valkyrie- Haha it sure is and i just heard about this thing like 3 minutes ago that you can download this tape thinger on your Ipod/MP3 player and play it while you sleep and then you will have one of those dreams i was talking about.... werid... haha
@Enzeru- Haha no way that sucks i hate when that happens, i once dreamt about being in a bat man show and i was all pumped and i literally screamed when i started to wake up.... atleast i think i did haha but yea i know how you feel. |

I remember this one dream I had where I was riding a chocobo. xDDD I actually started screaming in real life because I'm terrified of riding horses and well...Chocobos are higher up then horses. D: |
I would love to ride a chocobo. They're so cute! What's funny is dreaming about calling Shinra's Turks a bunch of lapdogs.

I think the occasion that gained the biggest WHUT?! from me on waking was when I had been thinking about what I would like to dream about (yes, it does work sometimes!), and then proceeded to dream that I was dreaming a dream about what to dream about! I woke up with a headache from that...

No kidding. ._.;; I remember when I used to have nightmares as a kid, my mum would tell me to clap three times in my dream and then say what I actually wanted to dream about. -shrugs- It worked, to my surprise. |
My mother was a big fan of the 'nothing in your dreams can hurt you' speech. Yeah, right. They can too when they make you fall out of bed!

Let me put it this way: One time, I was Aang, from Avatar the Last Airbender. And I was riding Appa.
The coolest part was probably the airbending, but when I woke up I was like WTF? I don't know why, but I dream I am cartoon characters often enough o.e; |
I do belive dreams take place to help process the days thoughts, but sometimes it doesn't. Last night I had a dream that me and my friend found jesus's cross at school. -dies-

I don't think I ever had a normal dream.
Lets see, well for the past week my dreams have been about me saving people or I am a superhero (Usually on another planet) Well, what would you consider a normal dream? I used to be really good at...(I forgot what it's called) lucid dreaming! Where I can control my dreams. I can kind of still do it. Then I had a dream where my b/f just broke up with me and a couple weeks later MCR killed him. I actually woke up smiling/lauging |
My dreams are normally about people I know or things that have happened to me, but just twisted enough to be weird.
The last dream I had that was particularly odd is that I was taking part in QI. I was sitting in the seat to the left of Stephen Fry, only he was sitting in a very tall seat like a judge. Apparently it wasn't the proper showing but they rehearsed it in front of a few people beforehand? I tend to be distrustful of 'impossible' things even in my dreams. When I saw people in my house happily breathing underwater I still had to open the doors to let the water out. So no dreams about flying for me! |
I have a lot of really weird dreams. Well I always have I do not know why. I think I have only had about a handful of regular dreams my whole life lol.. There is always something after me or something that is going to kill me or something like that.
I had a lot of nightmares growing up my mom would come and climb in bed with me when I was little when she would hear me screaming. I wake up actually crying sometimes. Have you ever done that? |
Ok, I am not sure if I should tell the world this, but I had a dream last night that was plainly most odd. Even in the dream it seemed freakin bizzare.
In the dream I had a big selection of Legals in a white carrier bag and after thinking about which one I should eat, I ate 1 LU Jax. I remember coming up and the sky turning a rich purple color, like really completely fricken purple! I then decided to go to a club, but all I was wearing was a t-shirt and no underwear . Sorry, I know that most of you all probably could have done without that mental imagery. I was dancing with some other people that were also experiencing the same thing and some girl telling me that she had eaten some other legal and it was even more mind bending (god knows what she said, I couldn't remember) The whole of the dream I was actually tripping through the whole thing and felt very, very odd. |
