lol, a bunch of geese chased my mom when I was a kid and I just laughed.
They are pretty strong and family oriented, I love them. When I went feeding birds in Ithaca, I'd distract the seagulls with crumbs and feed huge chunks of bread to the poor bullied babies and give a slice to the mom/dad. :heart: |

I used to go feed kittens at this park on the island. It's home to like....60+ cats or so. It's nicknamed Catgrass Park since the cats seem to enjoy the open grass area's. But it has alot of kittens around so people go to feed them all the time. So cute.. I haven't been in awhile.. |

Oh, last year, our stupid (I'm sorry, I hate everybody who is in my house besides family) housekeeper closed our garage door, trapped a kitten in there and LEFT IT ALONE WHILE IT WAS CRYING IN THE GARAGE. I came home, found it, feed it and tried to hydrate it, but over night it died. 9 flippin hours or more. Damn house keeper. |

It was like the brown cat with the black tiger stripes and white paws and bellies. I had it with me all afternoon, petting it, cuddling it. I thought it would be fine since it stopped crying after a bit and started purring and ate a bit of cat food, but it still died in the morning... ; ____ ; |
Aww, Hatake, that's sooo sad. I had adopted this little kitten I found outside when I was living in a small duplex once. The landlord didn't allow pets, so I could not bring it inside, but I would feed it and hold it and pet it and what not.
I was not aware at that time that cats will climb into a warm engine and sleep on the manifold above the fan belt, though, and one day I could not find the kitten before I left for work. I called to it and everything, but it did not come running for it's food, so I worried about it. I left for work and about half way through the day, someone I worked with came in and told me there was a kitten hanging underneath my car, partially hidden from view behind the tire. I immediately thought of the little kitten I had adopted, so I ran out to see, and sure enough, it was my kitten. I felt soooo bad and I cried because I had killed the kitten by turning the engine on in my car. Since then, I have always checked under the hood before turning the engine on in my cars, for fear of killing another cat that way. |
