When I broke my ankle, which I think is the worst injury I have had so far, I had a bit of required therapy before medicaid stopped paying for it; after that though, they gave me a pamphlet of exercises and things to do at home and my nana and mom helped me do them. It felt a lot better after a while. :3 I wish I could see if phys. therapy would help my back though now, cause I'm on two different kinds of pain pills and a pretty strong muscle relaxer, but it still hurts. Its very frustrating. :/ |

I'm taking my pills every 4-6 hours now and the muscle relaxer is so strong that unless I just take half of one, I lose my head completely. The first night I had them, I took a whole one like the bottle said. It caught me totally off guard like 5 minutes later. I was sitting on a concrete wall outside my aunts work, and if she hadn't grabbed my arm, I would have fell seven feet onto my head on the parking lot, which I really wouldn't have needed. :stare: Yet, even with them, it still hurts. Its hurting right now, and I took my pills just a little over an hour ago. It sucks, but they won't do anything else about it. |
