How to trade gold?
I know this may be a dumb question, but how do you just trade gold? Its for art, so they want it to be in a trade and not a donation.

It's not really that easy in comparison to item trading, but what I usually do is send the person a trade with some random item, cancel the item from the trade (click that little "x" next to the item), then go ahead and enter in the amount of gold to be traded.

Trade like you normally would. You'll have to select an item, then go into the trade, add the gold and take the item out.

Add an item to start a trade off, then, when you go to the my trades tab for the next step, just remove the item by clicking the red X in it's picture next to your avatar, simple ^^
After that, you can add gold http://i16.tinypic.com/5y06bt4.gif Once we've switched to the new software, you won't have to mess around like that any more. |
