It's the jelly ball thingies that make me deeply suspicious of bubble tea. XD I'm not huge on jelly in any form (and that includes jello gelatin and jellybeans and so forth... I even prefer jam to jelly as at least jam has more real fruit in it. >_> ) ... and having it in little balls in my drink kinda weirds me out. XD;
But, like I said, I'd try it. XD Tapioca was better than I thought it'd be, though I certainly am too suspicious of it to seek it out. >_>

Marshmallows = ....sounds like the inside was melty, so, I'll give it a good B-, though it gets marked down to C grade if the diced marshmallows weren't small and few.
Chocolate Sauce = A
Gummy Bears = D (simply for being paired with the marshmallows, chocolate and crepe... otherwise it'd be a C)
Vanilla Ice Cream = A
