Fiarra - Do you have a cell phone? Most have alarm clocks built in.
It's best to get an alarm clock whose alarm you can change periodically. After a while, you get used to the sound and it doesn't wake you up so well. >.<

I use my cell phone currently, except that it is always on vibrate since it is ancient and has no good rings tones. And its too complicated to always be turning the sound on and off. Plus, if I open the phone within the 10 or so minutes the alarm is supposed to go off.. it decides that I must be awake and never does the alarm.

My cell phone is a POS
