Be sure to take vitamins and immune system boosting things. Lots of rest and fluids and chicken soup.
Also, it's strange, but vinegar is an anti-viral. If you can stomach it, I'd recommend drinking a little. If not, you can put it on a salad (it's not that overwhelming if you just use a splash), or you can pick up some vinegar chips.

Projectile vomiting isn't nice especially when you nearly miss what you're throwing up into. But it did prove a point, I really can't take tablets.

It's that bug that was going round last year and it's back this year and we're advised not to go visit people in hospitals if we've got it. I'll go visit my GP and give it to them then they can spread it round the NHS for me.
