A diet is eating better, not NOT eating at all. If you deprive yourself of food, your diet WILL NOT work because you WILL give in and eat more than you would have if you just ate nicely to begin with.

I have a job, but I only get paid on commission. And I haven't made a sale since I started, but he still asks me for money every chance he gets.

Like today, my mom and I were discussing the phone bill (cellphones) and he starts insisting I should pay it since I "have a job." THIS is why I don't have any money even though I had over 5k in my bank account when I last had a job. Because everytime I get money they go fucking nuts and make me buy their stuff.

I've already bought a new freezer, a washer and dryer, a car, a truck, my cellphone that they originally forced me to get, and quite a few other things. And they wonder why my bank account only has $80 in it. >.<
