I don't get gaia sometimes.
They don't ban the stupid scammer bots, but they ban faithfull, active users. wtf? |
I had a friend who was banned SO many times. Each time was for botting/using botted gold. He rarely even bought anything of a high value. But they will ban users for buying items that a seller bought with botted gold.
The ONE person I knew who did bot, me and loads of other people reported him when he admitted it multiple times.. NEVER got banned. He finally quit Gaia because of drama with a girl. He'd never gotten a single warning or a ban when he was reported for botting and even admitted it. x.x While loads of people I knew were banned for buying items in the marketplace that were bought by the SELLER with botted gold. x.x Or for selling an item which was bought by a botter. |
Yeah, Gaia is unfair.

I used to go on Gaia all the time, then I went on only to play zOMG, but I can't get on that often (my computer is too slow so I have to use the library) so I've just quit it.

@Ferra: I went insane the other day, bought 10 orb charger things. And stayed up playing zomg for 6 hours straight. I finally leveled to CL 7 8D

@Brilliance: Jeepers! What CL did you start with? I've never bought those orb chargers myself, I just had good luck in that I wound up in an active crew and later we made a clan.

I used to be on Gaia, but I stopped being active... well, check my join date on Mene. xD That was the day that Gaia just pissed me off for the last time so I was like "Fuck it! New avatar community time!" and I remembered someone else on Gaia mentioning Menewsha before, so I decided to look at it again (I wasn't interested the first time) and ended up joining. I've gone back to Gaia for a tiny bit every now and then to change my avatar, check out new stuff, etc. And for a while I was playing zOMG (which is really fun, I'll give Gaia that), but my computer just can't handle it. D: But hopefully I'll be getting more RAM for my computer soon (it's terribly short on it. Just loading a few pages at once slows it down a little), so maybe then I can play it more. |

Srsly. D: I died soooo many times from lag.
Most of the time I'd just be hitting keyboard shortcuts like mad hoping that they'd all go through and I'd kill the animated and survive. It actually worked a few times. But sometimes I'd die because I wasn't sure how often to heal myself since I couldn't see. D: |

I'm on Gaia as well - Ragnar6542 - and mostly go to booty grab. My PC lags horribly during zOMG, and I simply cannot get past the damnable gnomes and flamingos. |
