I was like, drawing Noah's ark and things though. Like illustrating the stories in the book. I didn't see it as a bad thing, and the preacher put me to sleep if I listened to him. I wanted to go work in the nursery instead, but no one ever listened to what I wanted and I was forced to listen to him drone about how his new plasma TV somehow related to religion...rather than babysitting and having fun. :(
And I never got the end of the TV story. I snuck off and hung out in the ladies' parlor. It was very pretty in there. I still spend most of my time in there when I randomly decide to go to church with my grandparents. Its more quiet and sane in there. In the church...room...thing, there's this weird lady who gets extremely excited and walks up and down the aisles and on the stage, dancing and waving a big scarf around. She scares me. :| |
Churches should have the illustrated bibles so then you can look at the pictures.
