Bjork is so cute in her I-might-be-insane-but-I-make-good-music-so-love-me! type of way.

From everything I've read about her (which is admittedly little, but it was from her directly), most of her "craziness" is just her being silly and the joke just going over everyone's head entirely.
People don't expect celebrities to be silly or joke around or do a little prank, so when they do they just think "OMG SHE MUST BE SERIOUS, WHAT A NUTCASE."
