I think Toy Story 3 was very brave for a children's movie.

I just happened to be the same age as Andy in it, which helped me relate to that growing-up aspect of it, but the scene where the toys are headed slowly into a massive furnace, and pause, hold hands, and accept death - I was almost gasping with emotion.

I haven't seen Toy Story 2 or 3.

I like danger, but I think it's also nice to know that it's going to all go well too.

Movies... I like them, but I'm very particular about what I'll watch, and rarely seem to have time for them. It's weird, I'll commit to an hour of television and then end up watching another episode (thus making it a two hour ordeal) but the prospect of sitting down for a movie (hour and a half to two hour ordeal) makes me like "No! I don't have time for that! I have better uses for my time!"

Awwww. :( Ours was really well done, I absolutely loved it (probably didn't hurt that I had an incredibly fun leading role, though, come to think of it). The only side effect is that no one can ever say "Oklahoma" or "Kansas City" without me going into song. There are a few phrases and situations that also throw me into songs and/or quotes... It's totally inescapable. I don't want to start singing Kansas City, and I'll be like "Shit, don't say that, now I'm going to sing Kansas City, UGH IT WILL BE STUCK IN MY HEAD ALL DAY." And I do it anyway. :(

Ha, I do a great job at not reminding you of that musical, huh.

I will burst out into song a lot too...Not from Oklahoma, but just in general. I try not to do in public...too much. :ninja:

I've long held the sentiment that people should make bigger spectacles of themselves in public. Part of the reason I approve of flash mobs.

Flash mobs do sound like fun. I do tend to sing grocery stores. Partially to fend off the terrible music that is inevitably playing.

I was rather loudly humming "Edelwiess" in the store earlier today. Haven't made it to full on singing just yet.

Flink does a lot of whistling in public.

It helps my sister is there and won't view me as a crazy person. :lol: And... I've been singing around my college when no one else is there. And sometimes when there are people there, when I have songs stuck firmly in my head.

Oh, Flink does that a lot at work. She usually stops and blushes. Though, a few customers have complimented her singing and told her to carry on because they enjoyed it.

I know I have a nice voice at least. I've been in choirs for most of my life.

I just mumble to myself in stores, I've found... I don't when I'm with my mom, but if I wander off to look at stuff on my own, I find I'm mumbling every single thought. :lol:

Bigsy, I finally watched the Future Sailors tour and it was quite disappointing. It was kind of funny but the story wasn't great.

Flink likes how YouTube won't allow anything like boobs in a music video, but they'll allow people to get off on popping balloons and all that.

I agree with you there, Pearl. '06 was much better, due to a host of factors. But I do commend them for trying new material, instead of just using the tried and true formula.
Still pleased you saw it though.

I don't believe that the Future Sailors tour could be bad simply because Future Sailors is my favorite Boosh "song." :lol:

It's not all bad, that's for sure. It's just, there's a bit of different tone. Some might call it self aware. Others might call it self assured. It's just that it doesn't necessarily gel altogether with the boosh we had come to know before.

Also, the treatment of Howard had gone beyond funny. They weren't enough of a team D:
