I go....
-Head - all head items? xD -Top - dresses, shirts, swimsuits, etc. -Bottom - pants, skirts -Shoes - socks, stockings, shoes -Handhelds - balloons, weapons,....anything held. xD -Accessories - jewelry, gloves, scarves, belts, etc. 8D And then everything else is in my main inventory because....I don't want to spend more money. xD It has like...pets, coats, floaties, capes, cloaks, etc. :] |

As I am on a quest for all commons, I am filing things by store. ;3 Much easier to keep track of what I have. I figure after I get all the items though...I'll file them by layer. ei; dresses, tops, pants, shoes, et cetera. -nods-

So I finally got around to arranging my inventory! XD Woo!
My categories are: Tops Bottoms Shoes & Socks Hats & Hairpins Accessories Items I keep my CI's in my main inventory, though I've split my event items into categories because I know I own them all. :D I could further divide it up I suppose, but for now, I'm pretty happy with the arrangement of my inventory. :D I'm glad Ken was able to code it so that our items go back where they belong when we unequip them. It does work most of the time, which makes me happy. :D |
I have quite a few draws - I think I paid for two or three. I have my Main, which holds the stuff that doesn't really fit into any of the other draws, like my Ghosty Kitties. The others are: Scarf/Jewellery, Sash/Belt/Hat, Glove/Handheld, Sock/Shoe, Upper Body, and Lower Body. I don't really have any organisation within those draws - just however they go into them when I remove an item from my avatar.

I haven't quite figured out how I want to do this yet, I know I am going to keep the even items drawer (separate ones for separate event) and the donation item drawer. The others are being mashed around as I learn what I want. Yes, this is the BEST thing I have seen on forum sites since donation items. But then I haven't been on sites for that long, not even a year. I am on lot of them though, does that add any credibility?

You have no idea how helpful it would be to have the pages of the main inventory hold more items so I wouldn't have to scan through so many pages. : (

I have 3 drawers and the All inventory section.
I use the first one, "Main Inventory" for commons, where i sort the items from headwear down. My second drawer is for my EI's which is sorted in order seen at the MPG. And my third drawer is like drawer 2, but for CIs. o3o |
I have 8 drawers I think, from different events and stuff. I probably could've had a couple less, since I have so few items in a few of them, but ehh...ones like the St. Patrick's day one will probably get more full every year anyways.

Oh I definitely like the new invo organizer. I have one section for CIs, one for commons and then the last one is for Event items. :)

i don't have so many items so everting fits in one page.
at the botem its the contribute items going from crowns to ankel wings afther that its event items from valentine 2007 to the jubelie 2008 items afther that its commens in on organises waythen extra contribute items form crowns to winged anklets en then my extra items from valentine 2007 event items to the jubelie 2008 items. * bt realy now i don;t have extra crowns or valentine 2007 items. ha i wised |
I organize my crap with 'EIs, CIs' and stuff like that. I'll probably organize by layer and gender from then on out. Not sure. XD

Mine's got a tricky way of arranging things.
Starts off with CIs, which branches off into handhelds, then tops/vests/cloaks/capes, hats, head accessories, mid-waist items like belts, pants, socks, shoes, eyewear, and lastly, necklaces. It's a somewhat wonky order, but it's how I do things. |
I go by layer. <3 (kinda some of them I combined because I didn't want to spend the 25 gold per drawer. >.>)
