Where do I get this item?
 

Ive been seeing people around with pointy elven ears. I want them O_O
How do I get them?

Go put your face on under Avatar at the top and one of the sections is ears. They are in there :)

They're not an item. Click on where it says "avatar" on the top bar, then change them on the "Ears" tab.
