can't change my topic name

this is my charity
i put the name "not open" just to let anyone know they cannot post
and now, it's open , but i can't change the name!!

This is known, and if you want the title changed you should PM a moderator. I think there is also a yellow banner like thing across the top of the forum pages etc saying not to post here and to just pm a mod for a title change. ^^;; <3 Shoot me a pm and tell me what you want the title to say or if you just want me to remove the 'not open' ok?
