Really? =O Yeah, maybe the sun will help lighten your hair. :3
My natural hair color is a very dark brown. Almost black, but when out in the sun it becomes a lighter shade of brown. Like, a normal brown. xDD;;
And hmm... maybe. =\ But I dunno if auburn hair would be nice with my skin tone though. D:

Edit: @ mellie : B-But why? ;_; </3 xDD;;

Fiziali 04-06-2009 01:27 PM

Good morning, Melody :)

Thank you, Rylynne! Hehe yeah, that was our office Christmas party when that was taken.

My grandson is an ornery little fellow. He loves to sit in my lap when I'm at my computer but he either tries to take over the keyboard, or squirms around so much that I simply cannot type, hehe. He's actually pretty good at manipulating the mouse around the screen now. I'll pull up Noggin's website and let him play the games there for toddlers, and he catches on real quick.

When my granddaughter was his age, I used to play WoW and she got really good at manipulating the mouse and keyboard too. She was able to make the character run around and jump up and down onto and off of objects, or jump over objects. She actually started to learn to talk at that time too, because she would point to different pictures in the different scenes on WoW and I would tell her what they were and she would repeat them, or try to repeat them. She used to take all her char's equipment off and put it back on too.

They have these snowballs you could get during the holiday season, and you could throw them at other players, and she learned how to throw them at people. It was funny at that time because the snowballs would actually knock the other player down. They changed it since then, however, I guess because people were throwing them at the tank during boss fights in dungeons and knocking the tank over, causing his skills to be interrupted or losing agro. Throwing snowballs at other players is not nearly as fun as it used to be since it doesn't knock them over anymore.

Aww Jennifer, I don't think your lips are big. You are one of those girls who will stay young looking for many years to come, lucky you. You will probably be carded well into your thirties. ;)

I think your hair is much like my daughter's hair...or like her hair was, since she just recently decided she wants to look Goth and dyed her hair black. Omg, it just looks awful now...I hate what she's done to herself. At least when she was dying it auburn it didn't look half bad, though honestly, she had such beautiful highlights in her hair that I could never understand why she wanted to dye it in the first place.

Melody 04-06-2009 01:31 PM

hey fiz. (:

Ry- my hair gets lighter in the sun too. I got from being a dark blond to a medium blond. :3 I worry about my babies though, the twins are both light blonds, they're going to have white hair by the end of the summer!

Jen- trade accepted. :3 Thanks!

Jennifer 04-06-2009 01:34 PM

Fizi. How old is your daughter again? I went through that whole dying my hair black phase when I was about seventeen. I can't believe it honestly, I don't know what the heck I was thinking either. :lol:

Rylynne 04-06-2009 01:35 PM

@ Fiz : Your grandson and granddaughter both sound so adorable. :3 And you let your granddaughter play WoW? Lolz, what an interesting and fun grandmother you must seem to them. xDD;; <3<3

@ mellie : They spend a lot of time under the sun, I presume? =O I wouldn't worry about your twins' hairs getting lighter though, if their hair is already that light. You should worry more about their hair thinning, since the sun does that to you. >.>;;

Melody 04-06-2009 01:45 PM

lol I worry more about their heads getting sunburned then anything. Aarons has really thin hair already, and his head was looking pink after spending time outside yesterday.
>.> I got sunburned. </3

Jennifer 04-06-2009 01:48 PM

Well I'm tired yall. Going to go get some rest. :sleep:

Rylynne 04-06-2009 01:51 PM

@ mellie : Ahh. =O Maybe he should wear a cap then? =O Kids' heads are more sensitive, after all. =)

@ Jen : Okies then, good night! =D <3<3

Melody 04-06-2009 01:55 PM

He refuses to wear a hat! D: But he will wear his sunglasses regardless of the time of day. Little boys are funny. Im going to start making Scott wear a hat more often, in hopes that Aaron catches on and wants to be more like daddy. Hopefully we can get his little head protected!

Rylynne 04-06-2009 01:56 PM

LOLZ! Omg, that's so cute! :3 I have a nephew like that. xDD;; He wears his Spiderman rubber shoes no matter where he is, even when he's about to go to bed!

And hmm, good luck with your strategy then~ =P You can always get him a nice hat that he would like? =O Or does he not like hats in general? =\

Melody 04-06-2009 01:58 PM

He likes Scotts work hat, but he can't wear that as 1. it doesn't fit him and 2. if he gets it dirty Scott will have to get a new one. and they're like $15. >.< (I'm cheap lolz)
He has a really small head, and so finding a hat for him that isn't a baby hat is hard. >.< I hate this age just because things are either too big or too small. No one makes clothes that FIT a 2 year old.

Rylynne 04-06-2009 02:02 PM

Maybe you can get something similar to it? =O

And really? I wouldn't know, personally. ^^;; But shouldn't there be clothes that fit a 2 year old? But hmm, I guess it would be hard, since most clothes are either for babies or for 3/4 year olds, I think. ^^;;

Fiziali 04-06-2009 03:18 PM

Hehe, sorry you guys, I fell asleep at my desk...I think I shall be heading off to bed. I have somehow thrown myself off my sleep schedule and haven't been sleeping well lately.

Rylynne, my granddaughter was only three at the time, and since I haven't played WoW in a very long time, neither has she. The most difficult thing about her playing it, was when we would tell her her time was up and she had to get off, she would throw such a tantrum, it became a chore just to get her to stop playing. I would even prompt her ahead of time, to prepare her, telling her she could play for 20 more minutes, then ten more minutes, then five more minutes, then two more minutes, then one more minute, then time to get off, but she would still throw her tantrum when I would say it was time to get off.

I finally took to telling her if she didn't calm down, she would not be allowed to play the next day, and if she continued her tantrum, the next day would come and she would not be allowed to play. After about a week of that, she finally realized that throwing a tantrum was making her lose playtime and she finally stopped throwing her tantrums when I would tell her it was time to get off.

I was born with platinum blond hair but it just got darker and darker as I got older until I ended up with a head full of an ugly ash brown color. I think if I were out in the sun more often, I would end up with the beautiful highlights my daughter's hair has when she isn't ruining it with dyes. Other than the ugly ash brown color, my hair still is really nice. It's naturally curly, thick but not too thick, and has lots of body and bounce to it. I know I have gray hairs already, but being ash brown actually hides the gray, so you can't even tell.

Rylynne 04-06-2009 03:22 PM

Woah. =O You should head to bed now, if you fell asleep on your desk. xDD;; Good night then? :> <3<3

And lolz. 8DD;; It's always difficult, teaching a child how not to throw tantrums. ^^;; Those I know with kids always find it hard to discipline their kids. xDD;; At least you got your granddaughter to learn her lesson about getting off when her play time was up~ =P <3<3

And ash brown hair isn't bad, you know. Mine is something like that. xDD;; <3<3

*Huggles and squishes Jennifer* Things will get better...you'll see, and if they don't, well, we'll just have to do something about that. :P

Seriously though, I do hope for the best for you, hun, and I do expect things will get better for you. You're a good woman and you certainly deserve better than all this garbage that's being thrown your way. *Huggles and squishes and luffles on*
