X_x It takes so long to lose your whatevers with just diet unless you 'crash' diet which has awful health repercussions.
Sometimes I wonder why I even do it. |
Actually... I'd recommend taking nutrition before you diet o.o cause most of them don't work... just calculate your daily calorie intake, get your measurements and get the average for your height/weight, and then drop your calories to no more than 500 calories, or excercise 250 drop calories 250 etc. Yes it takes forever... but no rebound and no health consequences...
