I will totally keep that in mind o.e;

Yeah. And if there is an Aldi's grocery store. Some things are really cheap there. Milk might not be though... it may be more than another store.

Queen_Andais 06-19-2008 11:06 PM

Wal Mart is the ultimate for getting basic essentials for cheap! I prefer shopping with them over Target for shampoo, toilet paper and other what nots, but for furniture, it's either Target or Ikea  Ikea rocks my socks.

MurasakiCrown 06-19-2008 11:08 PM

I looked at Ikea's prices for an Econ project. LOVE.

I'm not going to Anime Expo just because I'm short on money DX

Queen_Andais 06-19-2008 11:34 PM

Never been to anime expo, had a few friends in high school that went to religiously when we were in high school and a couple of times after we were out of high school. Never held much interest for me. *shrugs*

MurasakiCrown 06-19-2008 11:37 PM

I'd love to go at least once DX

There's always someone famous there, I hear XD

Queen_Andais 06-19-2008 11:48 PM

*shrugs* Wouldn't know about that, but it would cool if there was.

MurasakiCrown 06-19-2008 11:49 PM

Yeah~

What interests me the most is the artist alley, though. I love seeing artists *_*

Queen_Andais 06-19-2008 11:58 PM

Now that I could stand to see. The fact that there are people who can create such wonderful things from their imaginations and then put it on paper is just amazing to me. Stick figures are all I can do and even then they are kind of crappy. My older sister was amazing when she was in High school. I'll take a picture of the wolf she did...the eyes are just soul searing.

MurasakiCrown 06-20-2008 12:02 AM

OMG I'd love to see *_*

I like drawing but I'm not at the level I wish I was at DX

Queen_Andais 06-20-2008 12:10 AM

When I get over to my parent's house sometime this weekend I will definitely take the picture on my phone. I will also take pictures of the other stuff she has done. Amy always started with the eyes and then worked out from there. Her painting are amazing because of the eyes, it's almost as if that person or thing is watching you walk across the room, or sizing you up for its dinner.

MurasakiCrown 06-20-2008 12:16 AM

Oh, I'm exited!

One of my favorite things to look at has always been eyes. They just capture me *_*

Queen_Andais 06-20-2008 12:19 AM

The wolf's eyes are some of the most deadly I have ever seen on drawn creature. She did the wolf on aluminum painted over with black paint. It's called Scratch art. The eyes almost make you believe that he can jump off the wall and eat you.

MurasakiCrown 06-20-2008 12:20 AM

I must see >w<

I should also experiment with different media o.e. But I can hardly afford it D8;

Queen_Andais 06-20-2008 12:25 AM

Just wait, there is still time for experimentation. She did stuff in water color, charcoal, and oils. Now her artistic outlet is cooking, she's a wonderful chef.

MurasakiCrown 06-20-2008 12:30 AM

Oh my goodness. I am going to get hungry XD

One of my favorite mediums is acrylic.. I don't know why. I just find it really fun >w<

Queen_Andais 06-20-2008 12:31 AM

Never heard of anything being done with acrylic, kind of interesting.
Well I will see you tomorrow Platinum! Bye!

MurasakiCrown 06-20-2008 12:33 AM

See you tomorrow ^^

daashi 06-20-2008 02:06 AM
