LETS TALK ABOUT OUR FEARS.

Because that's always fun. Also; AWRIGHT CAPS LOCK.

Anywho, I suppose it would be right for me to start? Yes. Righto, well, I am afraid of many things. Majorly, one is the dark. I always have. Though it's changed from "ZOMGZ MOSTERS UNDER MAH BED!" to the point where it just irks me. My eyesight is bad enough as is! - 3-

I am also very, very afraid of ladybugs. Yes, ladybugs."Why Error, would you be afraid of such a harmless little thing? You might ask. Well, I'll tell you! A few years back, I was sleeping, minding my own business, when I woke up to something quite unpleasant. A lady bug was trying to CRAWL INTO MY EYELID. Since then, I have feared and despised all of them. Besides, they're ugly. :U

My third major fear is heights. A common fear, I suppose. I still go on roller coasters and what have you, though.

So, what are you afraid of?

puppylove#1 06-06-2008 12:48 AM

I'm an afraid of roaches.

They creep me out so bad!

Like to the point that I can't go into the same room where the bug was,

even if it's already dead. xD

I just never liked them but my mom is the same way. xDD

Maverick 06-06-2008 12:57 AM

For some reason, I just can't get over my fear of relationships and being romantically close to anyone. @[email protected]
I've gotta say, that's my numero uno fear besides heights. xP

Cherry Who? 06-06-2008 12:57 AM

Being murdered (or otherwise dying), being separated from my boyfriend (be it through death or a break up), and spiders.
There's your look inside the head of Cherry. XD

For... pretty much my whole life, I've been paranoid of someone hurting me. When I was little, I was afraid of the monsters in my closet. Now I'm afraid of a murderer/thief breaking in. DX
I get super paranoid about it. Like, I feel like they're watching me. Profiling me to know my habits, so they know when to strike.
Like, if I stayed up later than the rest of my family, my bedroom light will be the only one on (and the bathroom light, if I have to tinkle)
And I feel like once I turn that light out, the person will know I'm going to bed and get ready to come kill me.

I couldn't live without my boyfriend.
If something happened that caused us to be permanently apart, I would... probably kill myself, to be honest.
I'm not trying to be all mellodramatic and romantic. I'm really serious. I know what kinds of things I think when I even THINK that he MAY break up with me (like if we had a little fight), so I know that if he DID....
Not pretty.

And spiders are just plain creepy. DX

Sadistix_Love 06-06-2008 01:00 AM

LMAO! Sorry, the ladybug part I found hilarious but likely I would've been as traumatized as you. =w=;;

Me: THE FUTURE

Ho sheet, really? Yes really. .___.; I am just afraid how my future will turn out. Would I be living in those dream condos with a beautiful interior or in a cramped apartment, barely holding three jobs at once? I'm such a pessimistic...

On other note, I hate all kinds of bugs except for small spiders and ants. (Unless they clump together). I am also afraid of things like you see off Saw. ><

Marlene Star-Blossom 06-06-2008 01:04 AM

Well I'm afraid of the dark and still is the only thing that will drive away those fears is the TV when I sleep the TV must be on... ha ha

I am also very much terrified of bugs all sorts bugs creepy crawlies any kinds of bugs they just freak me out even to have to hear about them they scare very much.....

Takumi 06-06-2008 01:10 AM

I'm afraid of being buried alive in a box.

:C

Sadistix_Love 06-06-2008 01:26 AM

^Oh yea, that would be scary too .___.;

Takumi 06-06-2008 01:29 AM

It is! o_o" I'd really hate that which is why I'm never going to do fear factor. p:

I'm also really terrified of parrots, I had one kind of attack me when I was little so now if I see anything parrot related I scream like a little girl and run far away.

Cherry Who? 06-06-2008 01:33 AM

Oh, two others that I have.
These ones are more subconscious ones (phobia-esque in the sheer irrational panic that they can give, but NO WHERE NEAR as severe)

Not being able to move at all. I'm not claustrophobic, but if I'm squeezed somewhere so tightly that I can barely move, I start to panic.
Especially if I'm curled up, or there is otherwise pressure on my stomach. Then I feel like I can't get enough air.

Another is things on my neck. I hate things on my neck. DX
Like, when my Dentist would pull my teeth, he had to grab my lower jaw to brace himself so he wouldn't just pull my head off the chair. And like, I have an under developed jaw, and he's a full grown man with normal, large man hands. So his hand was wider than my jaw was long. So his finger had to press against my neck some. And that just made me freak out a bit.
I mean, I tried to remain calm. I didn't scream or anything. It just made me so nervous.

Unthreaded Bobbin 06-06-2008 01:45 AM

I am afraid of bikes.
Every time when I was a child and had to learn how to ride a bike I would fall and break my arm.
This happened 3 times.
I was also ran over by a bike before too.

It doesn't help that the city i moved to a lot of people ride bikes, recklessly mite i add.

I've seen too many horror movies where the character get trapped into something tight. DDx

There's this one true story my friend saw on TV. It's like "1000 Different Ways to Die". Omg, hearing what she told me is fascinating! Hopefully I'll have time to watch next week.

Anyway, so there's this guy in Japan who ate a lot of blowfish. And if you eat a certain quantity of the blowfish, you'll be paralyzed by the poison. Like, nothing will happen but you are unable to move at all.

So when he went to sleep, he ended up being paralyzed. His brother who was completely an idiot, assumed that he was dead. So then he placed him into a coffin and started burying him. Except the guy was still alive! He couldn't do anything because of the poison. When it wore off, he tried to get out and screamed for help. He ended up dying from suffocating and years later, people decided to dig him up because they remember hearing screams. And then you see him in an expression and position where he was trying to scratch his way out of there. It was creepy.

Cherry Who? 06-06-2008 01:59 AM

Bobbin - Oh god. o_o You poor thing.
I'd be terrified of bikes too, if that were me.
I've crashed a few times on my bike, but I always escaped with just some scrapes and a bruise.
What's funny is that my less extreme crashes normally give me the worst wounds of all of them.
Twice I've cut a turn too sharp and had my pedal hit the ground, causing me to wipe out. I always got cut knees/shins from those.
But when my bike completely flipped and I went over the handlebars.... nothing.
My skin was scratched and my whole front side stung, but I wasn't bleeding, and I didn't bruise. It was weird....

Sherbet 06-06-2008 02:02 AM

I have some stupid phobias, I think we all do.
I'm afraid of ovens and bees.

But what I'm really really afraid of is change. And I'm not talking about good change, but change that can turn either good or bad depending on how you make it. I guess that means I'm really afraid of responsibility.

Julia Caesar 06-06-2008 02:07 AM

Lol at the ladybug thing.

My dad woke up and a squirrel was trying to make it;s home in his shirt.

As for fears hmm... I'm not to fond of the dark or my basement. My grandmother's ghost was/is down there. Both my parents have heard her call for my dad. :gonk:

I'm also not to crazy about talking to guys I have crushes on. I mean to the point it's fear and I'm way afraid that this one guy actually likes me back so when I see him I walk around the other way. It's hard because we are in the same math class. D:> And it sucks because I suck at math and he probably thinks I'm and idiot in every subject.

Edit: And drowning. I have a major fear of being in a little box thrown in a lake and I'm drowning. @[email protected]

Shelbyrockin 06-06-2008 02:08 AM

I'm terrified of heights and death. I always feel like I'm going to fall and die when I'm high up and, in a plane, I'm terrified of it crashing. The idea of dying that way always freaks me out. And I get this weird feeling when I go too high that also scares me. As for death, well, that's pretty self explanatory. It's just scary knowing that one day I'll be in the ground, not breathing or thinking, and eventually I'll just rot away.

Marina Toriama 06-06-2008 02:37 AM

I know it's stupid, but I'm terrified of silence. If it is dead silent, I start completely freaking out. No one (including me) is sure what's caused this fear, but its there nonetheless.

tatorXpattie 06-06-2008 02:57 AM

OMG, i swear there are so many random things that just creep me out lol.
I hate open water, I cant stand oceans they just scare me because you
just never know whats just right by you. But in the oceans in florda that are
really clear I can care less because you can see whats in the water its so clear.
But if I cant see whats in the water im not going that far in it.
I also am afraid of roaches and water bugs! I just hate them, they are really just
about the only kind of bug I just cant stand. I can pick up worms, slugs, name it, but if I see a roach im gone. lol.

Oh i know how you feel, I just can't stand the silence. My parents go out on the weekends and sometimes im stuck at home all by myself and I just go crazy because its so quiet. I turn the radio as loud as i can, I just cant stand it:O

thoughtlessamaya 06-06-2008 03:04 AM

I used to have nightmares about death when I was four years old, how that ever came across my innocent mind, I don't know. So I guess death is a huge fear for me. I still have spasms in my sleep where it feels like I'm dying, it's weird. :|

Spiders/Clowns: I had a clown doll go off in my room in the middle of the night, and have never liked them again since. And spiders, eight legged freaks, I can't stand them. They look disgusting and they just plain weird me out and give me goosebumps.

And becoming old is another fear. I don't like the thought of me being weak and brittle and dependent on others.

Sugar Floss Decay 06-06-2008 03:19 AM

I'm terrified of lightning. =[

vampiric-prince-darren 06-06-2008 03:47 AM

clowns:sweat:
:edit:
fealing trapped like i used to have nightmares that i was trapped in a cage

Rolling Box 06-06-2008 04:01 AM

O_O
That scares the shit out of me, but I, oddly enough, want to know the story....

Glad I'm not the only one. People get made at me because I refuse to talk about dating and to be set up. Ticks me off that they don't get it.
I am terrified of spiders too. If I see one in a room, I won't be able to sleep in there for the night until it's dead.
