Yukina was walking home. she had her cat ears hidden under a black cap.she had been at work all day long and was really tierd."man what a day",she says sitting on a curb.

Peter had been walking down the street at that point. He would need to go out hunting soon since he'd taken a preference towards animal blood. If drank human blood his presence was easily detected and hunters seemed to be popping up out of no where these days. He paused when he noticed that there was a girl wearing a hat sitting on the curb.

"Hey," he said. "What are you doing out in the middle of the night?"

His dark eyes studied her, signifying his need for blood though this was no ordinary human so his temptation was lowered to such a degree that he would have preferred to turn on anyone else than her.

"Late at the cafe? Why are you mingling with humans?" he asked, more like interrogated since he wanted to answer right now. He wasn't in the mood for small chit chat. It had been a while since he'd run into a demon and he could sense one from a mile away. He wondered though why he hadn't sensed her previously.

[B]Yukina blinked looking at him.Relizeing that he knew she had demon blood in her."well its because im a half demon. my father raisd me to get along with them.besides thier not all that bad.And i have to make money some how.",she said getting up.

"Are you still living with your father," he asked with a tone of curiosity. He'd shifted when she had stood up, being wary of the fact that she was half-human and there was a chance that, if he were thirsty enough, he might lure her in. Her scent had changed when she'd stood up though and it was alluring now. He crinkled his nose slightly.

A wind blew against his face, ruffling his medium cut blond hair. It didn't bother him and he seemed overly focused on the girl at the moment. "Do you have a place to stay?" he asked after a moment of silence.

"Would you mind if I escorted you home?" he asked politely. He had steadied himself by now and taken interest in the girl already. He was unsure why tough, something was interesting.

"Well my name is Peter," he said with a slight smile. "I just thought I'd let you know that since this is the first time we've met." He winked at her slightly with the same arrogant grin that he almost always wore. He'd drop her off at her house and then he'd just leave, his thirst was growing now.

"To be honest," he said with a slight grin. "I would have to say how forlorn you look when you're sitting on the curb."

He had his usual grin on that may or may not look a bit threatening to someone else. It all depended on how much the other person was used to feeling danger about them. He wasn't truly dangerous, except when he was thirsty as he was at the moment. He would walk her home and then eat.

Yukina looked at him then smiled."ahh i see ... stll i thinks its nice hat you just offerdto walk me home like that"
She said turning and walking backwards.The wind getly blew ,blowing her hair infront of her face.
"hm ... theres something about you ...",she said gently."your eyes ... they are not like most human eyes".she stoped and looked closely atthem."what are you exsactly? ... i can tell your not human ..but i can tell you crave for something ",she said,here eyes were a pale coloer.Then she blinked.Her eyes went back to thier mormal color."opps sorry i have no idea why but for some reason i zone out and that hapens",yukina said with a slight laugh.

He laughed lightly at her comment and tried to brush it off. Her inquiries were startling though since no one had yet guessed what he was, then again no one had yet inquired as to what he was. He didn't answer the question though and remained focused on the path ahead of them.

"It's fine," he said when she explained herself. "I'd just like to ask, where exactly do you live? I have other... plans I need to attend to tonight. I would prefer to be sure you got home safely first though."

yukina smiled ."its just around the corner .you can go if you want to ..i should be fine from here:,she said with a smile as she stoped at the corner and looked down the strre."i live at the old beat down apartment... three doors down ",she said looking at him with a slight smile. "and i-im sorry if i kept you fro anything"

"It's fine," he said. "I hope to meet you again sometime soon."

He winked at her before he turned and ran. He had to be sure to slow his pace down so she wouldn't take any guess at what he was. Damien was careful since the last incident when someone had guessed what he was. He'd been rejected and chased down, luckily he'd gotten away in one piece that time.

Yukina watched him leave but smiled slightly.she then wento into her apartment."he seems like a nice guy",she thought to herself as she enerd into her room.She sighed floping onto her bed. "man im beat",yukina said rolling onto her back,looking up at the sealing.She sat up , and took off her hat.letting her cat ears show."ahh that feels much better",she said going into the bathroom to get a shower.

When he knew she was no longer watching him he went at full speed. It was easy to get away this way and it was easy to catch prey. When he was out of the city limits he began looking for something decent, he couldn't hunt humans around here just yet, he needed to do a little research on the crime rates.

After about fifteen minutes he found what he needed, now he wanted to go back and find that girl. The location and Yukina's scent were already memorized for him. It was one of his advantages, a good memory. He started his way back this time thought he was walking more slowly, his eyes now a lighter golden color.

Yukina had gotten cleand up.And was sittiong on her bed reading a book.She looked out the window,up at the night sky.Yukina could not figure out why she could not get the boy off her mind.Closeing the book she went over to her window seal and sat on it."hmm hope i didnt cause him to much troble"

Walking, what a terrible and boring thing to do. He started running after that and a few blocks away from where she lived he slowed down. No one else was on the street so he was fine at the moment. A lone dog barked as he passed by. When he'd reached the apartment building she'd pointed at he looked up at it. He could see her in the window sill at the moment.

Yukina sighed slightly and looked down.She blinked seeing him."huh?*she opend the window."hey what are you doing here?",she asked him sligtly confused.Although she was delighted to see him ageain." ithought you had other plans..."

"Plans didn't take long," he said. "Actually the person I was supposed to meet end up getting sick so I got a phone call a few minutes after I left you. Just been wandering a bit trying to figure out what to do."

He had spoken just loud enough for her to hear and half the time he was wondering why she was yelling. Recollection of the fact she had no idea what he was came to him and he shook his head slightly.
