Serenity's mother came into the room with a tray of lemonade and laid it on the table. She smiled and walked out of the room, not wanting to seem too concerned. Serenity pulled a lock of hair behind her ear and hoped Talia would wake up soon. She didn't know what to talk about or do with herself anymore. She bit her lip and stared out the window.

Zed stared at Talia for a minute, wondering when she would wake up. He was tempted to poke her, but knew it wouldn't help anyway. He took two glasses of lemonade before walking back to Talia's side. "Hey Serenity, want a glass?"

Tal stirred as she came out of her sleep. As she woke, the pain in her head came back to her, "Ow again." she said grumpily. "Why didn't I stop when I was ahead?" she asked herself, quite annoyed at her weakened state as she sat up. "Urgh, does anyone have anything to drink around here? Where is here anyway?" she asked as she looked at the unfamiliar setting.

Zed handed her the other cup of lemonade before answering her question. "Serenity's house." He looked at Tal, wondering how long she would need to rest. He sat down on floor, cross legged. "So you feeling any better?"

Tal accepted the cup gratfully. "Well, my head feels like its being hit with a hammer, but I'm not going to pass out if that's what you mean." she said taking a sip of the lemonade. "Ah that's better. I'm sorry I did that to you. I overextended myself when I fixed those tools. I had used a good deal of magic earlier, not expecting to go to the quarry. On a normal circumstance, I wouldn't have gone at all today, but with such a large order, it was needed." she said, explaining. "Thankyou for your hospitality Serenity." she added.

Serenity smiled and nodded at Talia. "No problem." she said. "If you need any other help, just ask. And, if you don't mind me asking, what kind of magic do you have?"

Tal smiled at the question. "Metal and Fire magic. I'm able to play with both easily. But too much of a good thing becomes bad, so don't think me weak. All great mages get worn out at one point of another." she said as she started to get up from the bed. By now, the headache was mostly gone and she felt well enough. "My magic helps with the forge, but I'm not only an Iron crafter, I'm friendly with all sorts of metal, from Alamantium to Quick Silver." she added.
