Red and black is a really common color combination.
But if you really want to follow through,
Tie in more silver.
Get one of the tiaras from the event and maybe some panda earmuffs.
But then the raven wings might be too much clutter.
Idk what color for the gem of the tiara.
I suggest red or the silver/white gloves with the red day bracelets instead of the punked gloves.
Get a necklace and some black or silver earrings.
The skirt is really awkward and sticks out,
But I guess you balanced it with the headwings,
Idk bout the legs.
I say grey/silver and then the short red ones from the vday event,
But thats really too many vday items.
The staff irks me even though it works,
there are already four valentine items there.
Maybe a gun instead?

but i used the the gloves precicely because it was from the same set i wanted it to match because i wanted to make it look like a long sleeve shirt i added a tiara ^.^ and im going to get some earrings

Now that i do like. Only thing i can say is how about changing your eye color to red?

i like it though, i can't really think of anything you could add xD

maybe something round the neck or a sash of some sort?

i actually wanted the grey eyes so there would be more grey but ill see how red looks

Show more bare skin, like no stockings, take off one of the gloves- I can hardly tell which is which. xD Or white stockings.
