yes it is. my last and 1st auction was with Raze, and it was fun because we're chatting everyday. but this one, c_chan even hire a bumper <,<
and even i try to make a topic looks like they're all cold and really busy with their life <,< except c_chan and kyugurl

I remember holding my own auction on Gaia last summer. P; It was for almost the entire summer. XD It did go pretty well, though. I got a couple of nice bids on two slots. However, the person who got the second slot just disappeared off the face of the earth. ;;;

I applied to be in a joint auction and I sorta hope I get picked ... but it's probably not likely. There are SO many talented artists applying and all their work looks so much more pretty/complicated than mine. o _.''' I usually do cell shade for commissions and auctions and stuff, but now ~ people seem to really like painterly looking pictures. I guess I need to work on that kind of style to cater to what everyone likes now. XD

lol.. because art contest usually give alot of time, so its make me feel lazy and procastinating too!! :lol:
really? actually cell shading is the base from everything, so just add some brush will make your arts more painterly :)

XD Lol, that's true. The kind of painterly I'm going for is with a lot of brush strokes, though. I think those look pretty. * -* But I'm still learning. ** rolls ** Not to mention, it takes soooo long to do with the initial blending and then adding the colors. It kills your hand. I'm sure you've done many kinds of art like that. x x;
