Ken watched from the doorway into the kitchen with wide eyes, a pink blush on his cheeks.. Dmetr..so....cuuute...
Luna waved her hand in front of Ken's face but he didn't blink even once.
"....." she poked his cheek.

Nothing.
So she stomped on his foot!
"owies!!" ken whimpered, picked up his foot, then fell onto the floor.
"Oww.....Hello girls. How do you like my new baker?"

"It's still very cute Dmetr." Chiasa commented. She looked up and waved at Ken. "Hi there!" She greeted, "Dmetr's your new baker? That's awesome!! Wish I could get a job..." She thought about it before shaking her head. "Nah," She decided, "I'm too busy living up my youth to get one."

Yukina looked over at Ken and smilked."yha! oh by the way im sorrry about yesterday...i didnt really stick around to taste test your cookies ... b-but if the offer is still open i am more then willing to"

Luna sweatdropped at what chiasa said and her head hit the counter. She recalled what Rioka said just yesterday about Luna acting like an old maid.
"Living up your youth huh?" she laughed. It almost sounded like they were from two different worlds.
Ken laughed at Chiasa's statement and Luna's reaction before smiling brightly at Yukina.
"You would? THat's great! But I gave that other batch to my lil brother and nana...Dmetr!" he cried dramatically, walking into the kitchen. "To the kitchen! We must whip up a batch of pecan butterscotch white chocolate cookies!!"

"the one i write in silly." He was so comfortable in the cafe it frightened him a bit. "Stop calling me cute chaisa!" He ran to the Kitchen after a smile at ken. His mouth was watering it had been a long time since he made his mothers favorite cookie. ((i'm his mother lol))

Chiasa just grinned. "Yup, I don't have time to get a job. Besides, my parents have said I could never keep a job anyway." The blond frowned slightly at the thought of her parents, but brightened up a second later when she smelled the cookies. "Can I have a cookie to Ken?!" She yelled in the direction of the kitchen.

Yukina giggeled and waited paitently.She had seen Chiasa from when she spoke about her parents.But shed find out more later.She then caught the sent of the cookies."MMMM those smell great!"

Ken called over to them after the cookies were in the oven. "Thanks Yukina, and yes! of course there for everyone!" then turned to Dmetr. "I suppose I should tell you where everything is before we start...Hmm." he started opening cupboards "Muffin tins, cookie platters, bowls, whisks, spoons.." He spoke as if he had a checklist in his hand. He closed the door for a second on teh girls. "Luna, I can't find my special whisk! Its not hanging on the door like usual..." He whined.
Luna noticed her change of attitude when she mentioned her parents. "You can do anything you set your mind to, Chiasa." she muttered it more to herself then the girl considering she was calling for cookies. She rolled her eyes at ken's spaztic brain.
"Gee, I dunno Ken, could it possibly be in the bowl you were mixing?"
She heard him give a triumphant 'ah-hah!!' and she couldn't help but laugh.

Dmetr was laughing his sweet laughter at Ken's silliness. He had already remembered were everything was. He snuck over to the bowl that the cookies were mixed in and snuck a peice of batter. It brought tears to his eyes "Momma." Dmetr wiped the the tears from his face, "Ken these are perfect."

Kens arms twitched at his sides, so he shoved them into his pocket as his heart raced 'doki-doki' against his chest. Oh, he wanted to hug him! He was soooo cute! But although he was being perky and happy, he feared taking advantage of the situation. He just gave a bright smile.
"Dmetr, your mama used to make these cookies?" he asked, but then he felt stupid for asking. He didn't want to bring back painful memories!

As Yukina waited she stared out the window boardly.He mind going off to diceta memories of when she was little and she was helping he mom bake cookie.Her father walking in and trying to eat the cookie doe.

"Yeah." His eyes were happy even if he looked sad. "these were her favorite to make. We would make them on Sunday while we waited for daddy to come home from working." He smiled and wiped a tear away, "It's ok I love making cookies from her recipies. I will make whatever you want. soo, what do you want me to make, Ken-Kun."

(I'm sorry guys!! Just wait a few more hours and I'll try and post today! I'm just so busy!!!!!)

Ken hummed happily as he baked and put on some classical music. It was a waltz and he took out recipes and such in time with the music.
"We have a few lists of things we need to make for today. Do you want to pic your favorite of them?"

Dmetr was so excited he just went on a recipe hunt. "were are the cake recipes. I wanna make a special cake. I combined a few things together and i know i will beable to make it without trouble." He was looking around for a recipe box like his mother had. He wanted to make his special blueberry/chocolate after battle cake. he felt the occasion was special enough

Ken smiled, always ready to accept recipe creativity.
"THey're in that cupboard over there." He pointed to the cupboard next to the fridge. "I usually have to make caked twice per week, starting on mondays and again on thursday, but today will be an exception!" He looked really excited "What are you going to make?"

"hee hee wouldn't you like to know. *wink*" opps that was probablly the wrong thing to do. once he realized what he had done. he was beet red. He looked at the cupboard. So High. He didn't want to bother Ken, but he was shorter than able to reach the cupboard.

Um......chair thats it. No to much noise. ummmmmmm...reaching. reaching can't reach the cupboard.

Ken was shocked at her wink and couldn't help but chuckle, a light blush on his cheeks. He laughed when he realized Dmetr couldn't reach the recipes and came up behind him, grabbing the recipes.
"I'm sorry. I forgot how high up it was."
