"Great." Tor took in a deep breath, trying to keep herself from panicking. "So, what's the first ingredient?"

"Boomslang skin, ironically enough," just then the bells rang, signaling that lunch was over and Chloe's forehead creased, "Well, I can't really go to class like this, but I suppose I can lay low here for awhile if you don't want to miss yours..."

She didn't want to be made fun of, since accidents like this seemed to happen to her every once and awhile, so she was intelligent enough to miss a few classes and still be able to follow them.

"That's okay, I have History with Binns next. I'll just get the homework and notes from someone else. His lectures really don't add that much except to make it incredibly dull. Probably the most skipped class in school."
She added the boomslang skin. She waited for Chloe's now-squeaky voice to say the next instruction.

"Thanks so much, Tor," Chloe's eyes had hearts in them in response to Tor's kindness in helping her out of this mess, "We can make this sort of a quiz too! Now, out of leech juice, spider eyes, and crawdad legs, which one do you think comes next?"

"I'm going to say Crawdad legs. I'm pretty sure it's not leech juice, but I could be wrong..."

"Yes, you're correct!" Chloe exclaimed in her now squeaky voice and then waited for Tor to add them to the potion.

((The funny thing is I was actually thinking Crawdad Legs XD well, anyway, I'm out for the night :) later! ))

He is fairly personable and friendly for the most part but can be most vindictive if he has to be. Jayvyn loves music and magic. He is most proficient with a wand as well with a violin so obviously his favorite classes are History of Magic and Transfiguration. He is of pure blood, and has no problem with mud-bloods. Jayvyn is generally bored by girls and prefers books instead.
Bio: Jayvyn has always been fairly happy, he has never gone without. In fact his family is quite privileged. His mother and father are both very rich pure bloods. His father holds a steady job at the Ministry of Magic in the Department for the control of Magical creatures. They are not involved in any sort of dark magic, but it is still a point of tension between Jayvyn and his parents. They suggested Durmstrang but he insisted on enrolling into Hogwarts because of its rich history.

Tor added two, then stirred the potion. "Now 5 hairs of a giraffe and a troll's fingernail and... let it stew for a half hour."

"Wow," Chloe's eyes grew big in wonder as she stared at Tor, "You actually are a really good potion maker, aren't you Tor!"

"Really? Thanks! They seemed to make sense... and those are standard amounts.... Now we wait." Tor blushed at the praise and tried to divert attention from herself.

Jayvyn listened very intently to the very dull, drawling voice of his History of Magic teacher. It was hard to pay attention to the monotone but he really did have interest in the subject. That however seemed a rare quality among Hogwarts students, as most of them were practically falling asleep in their chairs. Jayvyn sighed and dipped his quill in ink.
His fine quill scribed notes fluidly on to a fresh sheet of parchment though he was very distracted. He hadn't any friends here so lunch had been a bit awkward. Jayvyn certainly wasn't used to being friendless and in fact it was quite a weird feeling. He began contemplating on the rest of the day and his attention slipped. He accidentally left a large ink blob on his fresh notes. The blonde boys brow furrowed as he put the parchment back into his bag. Obviously this wasn't working out.
Class was called to a close and Jayvyn was glad to be out of there. He had Divination next, but the class was really a bore. It was stuffy up in the loft and smelt strongly of cheap incense and tea.
His emerald robes swished the ground as he turned around and headed towards the library. He needed some new bedside reading material. He had read more here then he had in months, due to the lack of a social life. Anyways it wasn't like he was skipping to go get drunk or something. A bit of recreational reading is educational, right??
Jayvyn made it to the library quickly and sat down in one of the plush armchairs near the back. He got confortable n the seat, propping his legs up n a nearby book shelf. The he pulled his "Hexes! How to and more!" book out of his bag and started reading.

Alexandria packed up her stuff and nodded at Persephone. "Sure let's go" said Alexandria softly with a smile, happy that she had made her first friend and couldn't wait to see what would be happening next in their class during Transfiguration. In her mind, she imagined what would happen, however she knew that what ever did happen, she would be thrilled with it nonetheless, regardless of whether she showed it or not.

Chloe smiled at Tor as she waited for the potion to be completed. She couldn't wait to be her normal height again. This house elf size made everything seem bigger and scarier than it actually was, and the squeaky voice was beginning to hurt her ears.

Tor took a dropper and dripped a single drop onto her. "Here goes..." Tor crossed her fingers and hoped she had put them into the right amounts.

Chloe was overjoyed when her small body started getting bigger.

'Now my only concern is if I grow bigger than my original size or not,' she worried slightly.

She broke out into a smile when she stopped growing at exactly the right height.

"Thanks Tor!" she exclaimed before looking at her watch, "Do you think we still have time to make it to transfiguration class?"

"Um....let me check the time." Tor created a sundial on the stool, which spun until it showed the time.
"There's a half hour left. Do you think it's worth it?"

Jayvyn had decided to leave the library and head to Transfiguration. The grouchy old librarian obviously hadn't had much to do, because she was harassing the students again. She kicked Jayvyn out for coughing too loud. He had planned on heading to the class anyways after he finished that last chapter so it was less infuriating then it would usually be.
The blonde boy arrived about 20 minutes late to class. The teacher eyed Jayvyn sharply as he quietly walked to his assigned seat. It appeared the professor had more important things to think about as he continued on with the lesson.
As he had before, Jayvyn took out a fresh roll of parchment, his ink pot and a nice quill. His notes were clean and precise. He was very studious most of the time. Jayvyn yawned and fidgeted in his seat a bit. He glanced at the clock and was very happy to see only 30 minutes left.

Chloe grinned as she looked at Tor.

"We could always mess with the teacher's head a bit. We could pop into our seats silently and if the professor says something, we can tell him that we'd been there the whole time," She winked at Tor as she pulled a small potion out of her case, "I made this last week. It'll make us invisible, but only for a minute or two, so we'll have to hurry to our seats!"

"Sweet! And we can get the notes from somebody afterwards. I just hope I don't breathe too loudly. Or bump into anyone."

Chloe laughed at the image that flowed into her mind with Tor's worries.

"I rather like the idea of bumping into people and breathing loudly in their faces while we are invisible," she grinned as she imagined herself scaring the students who weren't paying attention to the lecture so badly that they made a commotion and ran out of the class room as quickly as possible. The professor would probably thank her too, but she knew that the potion wouldn't allow her enough time to get to her seat and freak out the bad kids.

"Alright. Do we drink it or is it for the skin?"
