Tiana opened the door to her car at last, and waited for Ivan's answer to Shiro's question before making him get in.

After Ivan answered he turned into his human form and got into the car. He went to the far side of the car and leand agenst the other door. He was extreamly tired and wanted to fall asleep. But he knew that if he did he might not wake up again so he forced himself to stay awake.

Shiro climbed in next to Ivan watching him anxiously.
"Thank you for the truth. People usually tell me what only the want to or nothing at all. It's nice to have someone that I not only care for, but will be honest with me." She smiled reassuringly to him and put a hand over his gently. She Nodded to Tiana to start driving so they could get hims some help ASAP. Hoping to help and sooth the pain if only a little, She began to hum the melody of Moon Home. |
Ivan smiled when he heard Shrio start to hum. He felt like he was in a dream and soon found himself back in his wolf form and laying his head in Shiro's lap. He was tired and her humming made him want to fall asleep even more. But the humming also soothed the pain so he smiled happly and half closed his eyes.

(Ayy, are we going to see Shiro's doc, the vet or the hospital? We never really said what was going to happen :P)
Tiana drove quietly, listening to Shiro's humming. Her mind was feeling totally scrambled, and she was freaking out over the thought of Roan hunting them down or Balin suddenly getting his scent back and killing them all. But Shiro's song made her relax, and cleared her mind, so that she was able to think. It was comforting, knowing that Shiro could help them in strength more than the body's. |

Ivan smiled when he felt them go. He felt like he was going to pass out any minute but he was forcing himself to stay awake. He licked Shiros hand everyone in a while so that she knew that he was still awake, somewhat. His eyes where now 3/4 of the way closed and he was fighting to keep them open. |
she started giving a good scratch behind the ears while she continued to hum. She thought of how brave they were, and how loyal. It was strange to have that. Loyalty. Her parents demanded it, but they gave nothing in return. This would be a friendship that would bear her up. She looked down the road.
"Head for the Transet Square, then we need to go off the main road...That will lead to some of the noble houses...including the one I live at." She would have said her home, but now it didnt' feel that way. No here with her wolves was her home. |
Tiana grinned at Shiro from the reverse mirror. (I forgot what it's called, ack!) "Okay. Just tell me which house it is, then I'll go to it. Hang in there, Ivan," she added, noticing how far his eyes were closed. She was worried Ivan might slip into a coma from blood loss. It wasn't common among wolves, but Tiana didn't want to risk it.
Tiana switched on the radio and turned it to a channel that had some heavy metal on it, hoping it would help keep Ivan awake. Then she steered the car in the directions Shiro had given, and in almost no time the car was beetling along through some high-up part of town. |
Ivan's eyes shot open when the heavy metal music came on. He smiled happly knowing that Tiana was trying to get him to stay awake. But every minute the music seemed to become less loud and his eyes started to closed. He shook his head a little bit and forced his eyes open. He wasn't going to let himself fall asleep anytime soon.

"With the switch of music, she realized what Tiana was trying to do..Perhaps if she talked to him...
"You were really brave Ivan. I want to thank you for that. I don't suppose they have classes for that do thy?" She asked him, trying to get him to talk and help stay awake. "It's #42 Mainway.... The gold looking one with all the pillars. you can't miss it....Trust me..." She rolled her eyes. As with all the nobles their lavishness knew no bounds. |
Tiana nodded, and stepped on the gas. She could see the house from here; it was probably the biggest house she'd ever seen. She pulled into the drive and sped up to the door, where the car screeched to a stop.
Tiana opened her door and raced around to Shiro's side. She opened the door noisily and poked her head inside. "Where's you doctor?" She asked, her eyes on Ivan. |
Ivan managed to move a little bit and turn back into his human form. His side was now caked with blood and he looked worse then before. He looked at Tiana and you could tell by just the look he was giving her that he wasn't all there. He was had no idea what was going on anymore and he felt like he was in a dream.

"He's lost way too much blood," Tiana said helplessly. She left Shiro's door open and sprinted back around to Ivan's side, and ripped the door open. Carefully, Tiana hoisted Ivan out of the car, trying her best not to move him too much.
Tiana looked through Ivan's door back to Shiro. "What will we say happened?" She asked desperately. |
"I'm not sure..." she looked toward the lande around the house...One small bit of luck, her foster parents weren't home yet.
"Lets get him inside, The doctor has a office down the hall of the main entrance. It's luckily not too much father." She took what little weight she could to help make sure he wasn't jostled too much. "Well, we could always say he was attacked by a group of wild dogs.... It would match the wounds... As to why I'm with you...I don't know what to tell them." she would just not have to worry about it now and face the consequences later.... |
Tiana nodded. "I'll try to figure something out for why you're with us, but the explanation for the wounds is good enough. Is the door open?"
Without waiting for Shiro to respond to her question, Tiana dragged Ivan toward the huge front door, trying her best to move quickly but not jostle Ivan. This was turning out to be one of the worst days in her life, apart from meeting Shiro, Tiana thought dully. |
Ivan groaned a little bit when Tiana dragged him to the door but said nothing. He felt to tired to say anything and his vision was beining to fail him. He was going to try to thank Tiana for her help but the words just seem to die before they made it to his mouth.

She opened the door and gestured them inside.
"It's just down this hall..." She pointed and led the wy after closing the door beind them. She walked quickly looking to see if the servanst had spotted them yet. "So far so good... Doctor Travis? She called as they got closer. A door opened and a man in a white labcoat stepped out. SEeing them his eye widened and he opened the door further for them. |
Tiana glanced down at Ivan fearfully when he groaned. She was growing more and more panicky as time went on; Ivan needed to see the doctor now. Tiana dragged Ivan a little more quickly, still trying her best not to jostle him, through the open door. She hesitated for a moment when she first laid eyes on the man in the white labcoat who smelled strongly of leaning chemicals, but she continued on when he stepped aside. She knew his type; act first, ask questions later.

Ivan looked up at the man for a second and almost growled. He thought that the man might hurt him but then saw the lab coat and stoped himself from growling. He was suppose to be able to help him and he hoped that he could. He groaned again and as Tiana dragged him a little bit quicker.

"Please help him Doctor Travis!" The man nodded and simply ushered them inside. He directed the boy to lay on a table wile grabbing from cupboards, gauze, antiseptics, other liquids, and sundries. he worked with smooth hands and muttered slightly to himself about procedures and medical terms.
Shiro stood back jumping from one foo t to the other in a heightening worry. ((feel free to play the doctor as he's a n npc....hes the quiet, gruff kinda guy.)) |
Tiana laid Ivan on the table top, which smelt strongly of sterilisation chemicals and had a hint of sickness. This was definitely a doctor's workbench; Tiana felt she could trust him. She only prayed that he'd be able to save Ivan in time...
The doctor glanced at the mangled boy on his table for a moment, and immediately deduced that he wouldn't be able to work with him like that. "Take off his shirt, so I can see the damamge clearly," he instructed the girl who'd brought him in. She nodded and carefully took off his shirt, blushing slightly but not hesistating. Then Travis carefully examined the boy's wounds; it looked like he'd been attacked by a whole pack of huge dogs. He glanced up at the girl and Lady Shiro. "What has happened to him?" Travis asked in shock, amazed that any one person could live through something like this. |
Ivan groaned a little when Tiana Pulled his shirt off, His shirt was covered in blood. He managed to looked at the doctor when he asked when happend and remembered hearing a little of what Tiana and Shiro where going to say and managed to croke out "dogs attacked" but that was all he could say before coughing a little bit and blood coming out. He decided to stop talking and consentrat on breathing which was painful to do. His breahting was eragular and you could tell that it hurt.

Travis hit the boy lightly on the head, not enough to hurt but to get the message through to him. "Don't speak, the dog's teeth have pierced your lungs."
He ignored the frown that the girl gave, and shook his head slightly to clear his ears when he heard a strange rumbling coming from somewhere. Tiana couldn't help but growl when the doctor hit Ivan; he was harmed, surely he wouldn't do anything to hurt him! But she stood her ground, waiting breathlessly for something to happen. (Can somebody take over as doc? I'm not good with the medical terms and junk >_<) |

Ivan moved his hand and put it on Tiana to get her to stop growling. The doctor didn't hurt him and he was okay, except for that fact that he was bitten all over. He looked at Tiana kindly and smiled a little bit to show her that everything was allright. Travis sighed then turned to Tiana and Shiro "he is in very bad shape but I might be able to save him." he siad and shewed Tiana and Shiro out the door. "I need to have some privacey" he said and closed the door. For a half a hour you heard nothing and everything was quiet. Travis then came out of the door with some blood on his lab coat and looked at Shiro and Tiana. "We will have to wait a few days to see if he will pull threw but I think he will." he said then looked at Tiana and Shiro carefully "now tell me the whole story about his injurys, I am amazed that he was even able to survive this long after it without help." |

Tiana glanced at Shiro for a moment, unsure of what she should say. Then she turned back to Doctor Travis. "See, me and Ivan - the one you just stitched up - met Shiro in a park not too far from here," Tiana made up wildly while still managing to keep her voice calm. "We were talking, introducing ourselves, when this huge pack of wol- dogs appeared out of nowhere. I got Shiro away, and Ivan stayed behind to try to keep the dogs away, and..." Tiana hoped that would be a good enough explanation for the doctor; she didn't think she'd be able to quickly make up details and keep a straight face. |
