Near had managed to fall asleep where he sat, moving his hands he noticed that one chain had been removed, opening one eye he raised his wrist to look as it, it used to be the one that was attached to that girl...."yuki i think" he pondered aloud. "seems she ether got free, or they took her." he frowned "i doubt she got free, is she in the dungeon?" following the line of the chain that still remained he looked up at Mikami, "where is she?" |
Mikami looked away, then met his eyes. "She tried to escape, so she was eliminated." He glanced away again. |
L takes the soup and swallows it then makes a weird face. "eww that has no sugar!!!" he glares at light

Near's eyes filled with sorrow. "what a shame, the only girl i've ever had a connection with has left me." he giggled at his own joke to try and little the mood.
"these things cant be helped she knew what would happen if she tried it, and it happened." Near sat up from his sleeping position began to play with his hair, the same old usual way. "what are the plans for today?" he asked wanting to change the subject. |
"No, generally it doesn't contain sugar. But it does contain essential nutrients which are mandatory for your health. How you don't have scurvy by now is beyond me." He raised another spoonful to L's lips. Mikami smiled faintly, but he wasn't really amused. "Well, that depends on you, Near. On how you...adjust...to your situation." |
L takes the spoon into his mouth and eats the soup on it and makes a weird face again. "this isn't really my cup of tea you know Kira I'm only doing this because your forcing me." He frowns and looks at light and blushes a bit.

Light leaned in to whisper into his ear. "I'll kiss you if you're a good boy and eat your soup. And I'll give you some cake to wash the taste of sugarlessness out of your mouth." |
L blushes more and looks at Light. His eyes widened. why did he care if he kissed him or not."are you going to continue to feed it to me?" He asked blinking some.

Light struck a mock considering pose. "If you'll eat it, then yes. Do you want me to kiss you?" He held a spoonful of soup to L's lips. |
L took the spoon in his lips and swallows it. "I do not know what i want at this moment." He blushes more and frowns. "Do you want to kiss me Kira?"He asked tilting his head.

Light cocked his head to the side consideringly, but didn't answer the question. "Hmm. I do wish you'd call me Light. I'm Kira, but most of all I am Light." It seemed to annoy him. L caught a glimpse of...hurt? Surely not? |
L looks at him and sighs."Ok...Light do you wish to kiss me?" He asked looking at the bowel of soup that he was suppose to eat to even get a kiss or cake?

Light smiled and raised another spoonful to L's lips. "Yes, I would. At the very least, I would like to kiss you." |
Near thought about it for a short while. "i think i've adjusted quite well." he replied, he was true to his word, he had not tried to escape as of yet, and they had feed him and allowed him to sleep for a time. "what are L and Light doing?"
probably eating all the cake, he thought. "could we go talk with them, or am i attending 'Kira school' today?" |
Mikami scowled over at Light and L. He could see them, though only because he was much taller than Near. "They're...eating soup." He turned away from L to look at Near, considering. "Well, I'd like to get a few hours of 'Kira school' in before bed. After that you can speak briefly with L, and play with some toys we bought you, if you'd like. But you'll have to go to bed soon...ish." |
L blushed at hearing Light say that. He eat the spoon full of soup once again. It really wasn't that bad..but it wasn't sweet but he did wonder what Lights lips tasted like. Wondered if they were sweet..or what. He blushed at the thoughts and looks away.
"Why do you bribe me with food to get a kiss when i clearly belong to you now Light?" |
Near's eyes brightened at he the thought of toys. "I'd like that!" he replied rather eagerly almost like a child.
He smiled up at Mikami, he was still pretty full from the mass amount of food he have taken in a while bad so he wouldn't need to eat until the morning. Near hmm himself for a short while before speaking again, "so i suppose you'll be the one instructing me?" he asked a small amount of eagerness returning to his voice. moving slightly to the left he shifted his weight causing the chains that bound them together to jiggle, he frowned, just how much longer am i to be chained? he thought to himself before finally waited for Mikami's responses. |
Light smiled and blushed at the words 'I belong to you'. "Well, I'd like you to eat healthy. The kiss is just...a pleasurable bonus." He grinned at L, putting another spoonful of soup to his lips. Mikami looked at Near. "Well, I'm your teacher for today, anyway." Mikami noticed his look at the chains. "Not much longer. We plan to give you things you like, and we're hoping that will make you almost like it here." |
L looks at light and blushes. He eats the soup on the spoon once again. L moved his hand and rubs his wrist that has the cuff on him. That chained him to Light. The chain moved a bit making noise. L was grateful to be alive but why did he have to have a crush on Kira his swearered rival?

Near nodded as Mikami spoke. "i understand that, it shouldn't be to hard." he was more so reassuring himself rather then the others when he spoke that last line.
Sitting himself in his crouching position once again he looked up to Mikami. "so Teacher what is today's lesson one?" he asked with a little bit of a cheeky grin. |
Mikami's lips quirked, almost becoming a smile. "I shall teach you about Kira's vision for the new world. Kamisama wishes to create a world where those who are evil wither and the good flourish. The first step for that is to set up a network of spies, specially placed to find those in need. When someone is struggling, Kamisama plans to help them. Kamisama doesn't like good people to suffer." Light brought another spoonful to L's lips. "Does it bother you? Being chained to me?" |
Near thought about the concept for a while. "thats very kind of him, and i agree a good idea, the worlds people do need help, and it's needs someone to do it." he frowned, "as for the network of spies, i'm not against it as long as they dont get to involved with peoples private lives, people still deserve that at least." he commented on the idea.

Mikami nodded. "Of course. We have no intention of causing burden to the good people in the world." He reached into a cabinet and brought out a complete set of toys, action figures, etc. "Those who are going to break the law are not necessarily going to be killed. Only those guilty of violent crimes with no mitigating circumstances. A rape victim who kills her attacker should be applauded, not censored." |
L looks at Light and shakes his head. L ate the spoon full of soup.
"no not at all just the cuff is a bit tight." He said showing the mark that was forming on his wrist."its alright tho.." |
Light frowned, caressing the mark with his thumb. "Does it hurt?" He rubbed it gently, then unlocked the cuff, loosened it, and locked it again. "I kind of like it. We're connected, and always together." He looked away, blushing. |
