Near sighed rather loudly, he was safe as long as he had this mask on right? well until it got really hot and the sugar melted.
He narrowed his eyes on L as he blushed. "oh no way....... you cant......" he gave up on speaking, no matter what he would follow L, he always had, and he'd promised to never stray from that, so if L was with Kira, he would follow.... for the time being.
"Very well, i will join you, but i will take order's from no one but you, i will not take orders from those two." he looked down at the ground, he started to hate himself at that point.
"i guess it cant be helped" he finished with a sigh

Near looks away as Kira enters the room. rejuiced to scum! he thought to himself.
Sighing aloud he spook. "could i please get this tape of off me now?"

L looks at Light and then away and blushes slightly."I see...Well sounds good.." He agreed..he was after all on there side now."cya Near ill catch you later hope you and whats his face gets along." L sighs and starts to shove Light out the door."I would really like some more cake i have been with out it god only knows how long."
