Plot:

It has been over five years since the battle with Galaxia as the girls are finally living the normal life they have always dreamed of; After graduation Mamoru re-purposed to Usagi to become his wife. Usagi was ecstatic and of course said yes, it wasn't long until she realized that her and her friends had drifted apart from each other and hardly ever spoke to one another. All the senshi had accomplished their goals and dreams in life.

Ami being a doctor who helped figure out cures for new sicknesses was over in Germany, Minako was in England and was a well known model, actress and singer. Rei had stayed in Japan working at the shrine but had gotten stronger in her spiritual practices. Makoto ran a flower arrangement shop that was connected to a world famous bakery. Michiru was a world famous violinist and painter who was about to release a new CD and had a concert coming up in America. Haruka stayed by Michiru's side and they had finally decided that that they had a love stronger then anything and when they had went away to travel they were married, she was also a famous racer and piano player that played duets with her wife. Setsuna had became a famous fashion designer and ran a sewing shop as well. Hotaru stayed with Setsuna and continued to look up to her as a mother, however she was now dating Shingo Tsukino; Usagi's brother and had been for a year and a half. She was quickly going through her schooling and still dreamed to be a nurse. Usagi was a college student and was rather busy planning her wedding and writing out invitations hopping her friends would come.

No one had heard anything from the Starlights or anyone else of that nature, for they were all living there own life's. Everyone was wishing for peace, however, an evil that use to plague the universe had now been released once more from the binds that Queen Serenity had placed on it. On the night of the Lunar Eclipse the seven bodies were left with no souls left inside of them; three people had hope and love sucked out of them. The stories hit the news like wild fire, as one day Usagi turned on the tv and heard all the news. Pain and Sadness struck her, however she was glad to hear non of it was in Japan. Until one fateful day when in school five new boy students joined in Usagi's college and seemed to be normal enough. Besides one who had a odd obsession with her. From all of this the starlights appeared back on earth in full disguise once for a reunion and there is just a feeling in the air that is not quite right.

The senshi who thought that they'd never have to see battle again are now up against a new enemy as hope, love and souls are taken from innocent people. With these strange occurrences, what can be done to stop it? The future lies in your hands.

"The day...is arriving so soon...time seems to be passing by quickly now..." A calm voice mused. A woman stood against her window and looked out at the beautiful day outside. Laughter of boys and girls filled the air, happiness was to be embraced.

The odango haired woman slowly turned and walked over her bed, she picked up a photo album that has been by her bedside for years. She slowly opened the book and her eyes began to mist. " Minna..." She whispered looking at the pictures of her and her fellow senshi before they scattered apart through the high school years.

Usagi slowly closed the book and embraced it tightly, closing her eyes. She could hear the voices of her friends in her head, school graduation was only but a little while ago and that was both a happy and sad day, Mamoru proposed to her, but the friends she had for so long, then lost she may never see again.

Opening her deep blue eyes she wiped a running tear away from her face. She caught a glance of the ring that Mamoru gave her and her heart began to warm, but it wasn't enough to take the pain away. " They have to be there...It won't be the same if they won't be there..." She said reaching for the wedding invitations.

She started to write personal invitations to Rei, Ami, Makoto, and Minako. However, she also wanted her dearest friends Michiru, Haruka, Hotaru, and Setsuna to arrive as well. "Please come..."

After hours of writing, she sealed the letters in a white envelope with the crescent moon insignia on the back of it. She grabbed the letters and walked down the stairs, but on her way down, she stumbled on her pant leg and fell down the stairs with the letters scattering everywhere.

"Ugh...Some things never change..." She said with her usual annoyed tone. She quickly got up and retrieved the letters, and walked out to the mailbox to delivered. Hopefully they would be delivered on time and she would see her long lost friends again. Usagi turned back and walked inside her new home, her blond odango's bounced as she slumped herself onto the sofa and laid down remembering everything. Everything from what had happened in the past, to what lead up to today, part of her enjoyed the silence and calm, for she learned to mature and grow up a bit, however; another part of her knew she was only the way she was now; because she didn't have her friends with her, like she she use to.....oh how she missed them so....

A bright pillar of fire towered over the young woman in the red and white miko robe, the fire seeming to almost envelop her and surround her with almost loving arms. The woman gave a hint of a smile, this was her element, this was her strength. She slowly opened her eyes to reveal bright violet orbs staring into the fiery pillar before her. She had looked into this same fire times and times before, searching, seeking for anything the writhing heat could tell her. It had helped her so many times in the past, giving her premonitions to sense evil approaching, but lately . . . there was nothing. Nothing in the past few years was amiss. This was good of course, but . . . she almost hoped that there would be something, something creeping out of the darkness. So maybe, just one more time, she could transform into the fiery Sailor Mars and fight with her best friends and fellow Senshi.


Rei closed her eyes again, sighing as she started to complete the ritual, speaking the nine words of power as her hands made the symbols. "Rin, pyou, tou, sha, kai, jin, retsu, zai, zen . . ." She spoke each word with reverence, like she had many, many times before, and rested her hands in her lap, sighing.


She stood up, slowly, and began to put out the fire, leaving her in total darkness. She walked to the door and opened it, slipping outside into the crisp night air. She started to walk out into the Shrine grounds when she heard a distinct crunch beneath her feet. She looked down to see she had stepped on a few envelopes of mail. Hmm, grandpa must have left them for her outside the door while she was doing her readings. Rei bent down and picked them up, looking through them, most of them were of no interest to her and she tossed them aside, but one little pink envelope just stuck out from the rest. Rei blinked and looked it over.


"An invitation?" she flipped it over to see the cresent moon insignia and gasped. She quickly shredded the envelope to get to the paper inside, quickly reading it's contents. "Usagi... getting married?" her lips curved into a cold smirk, "Well, it's about time!" She red it a few more times as the excitement continued to build up inside her. She'd finally get to see her friends again, because if Usagi invited her... she was certain that she invited everyone else.


Rei walked briskly through the shrine, searching for the old man who ran the shrine with her. "Grandpa! Grandpa! You're never going to belive this..."
