Haruka had calmed down considerably by the time Yukina returned from her room. "Yukina-san," She said hesitantly, "What you saw...don't tell anyone, okay?" She hid her face in her hair, "I didn't want anyone to ever know about them." She snapped her mouth shut, realizing she may have said too much.

"I swear I won't say a think Haruka-san." She said walking over and hugging her friend. "So, guess who actually talked to me earlier." She said a little nervous about the whole thing still.

Lexi woke up and rolled out of bed. As she yawned she grabbed a towel and robe and headed to the bathroom to shower.

Haruka was more than happy to change the subject, "Kyo?" She guessed, remembering Yukina's admission the night before. "What did you talk about?"

Kyo watched Yukina run off and kept his dissappointment from his features. "I always get up to watch the sunrise.... " he explained to Leiko. He smiled and stood from his leaning against the tree. "Where are you off to this morning?" he asked lightly wondering why she would be this far from the main house those early.

Leiko waved as Yukina left. "It's so pretty, I wish I saw it more often," she said softly to Kyo. The rat looked to the tiger leaning against the tree. Then she realized he was shirtless and averted her attention from his body to his face. "I have to go pick up... well try on my dresses for the dance, and pick one," answered softly, "I ordered two I just have to pick one."

When Lexi came out of the shower she hand her hair pulled back in a ponytail... a very fluffy ponytail. She made her way to a vacant spot of the manor and started on her Kung-Fu practice. She started with a little Tai Chi and worked her way into the Kung-Fu basics.

Kyo smiled and nodded. "Thats right. You're dancing this year. Well then this feast will be very good. I'm sure you will be great." he said smiling. He wondered if maybe he too should go to the village. Just to check it out. "Are you walking to the village? May I join you?" he asked. He really wanted to explore and have an adventure. He needed to get out.

The rat blushed when he complimented. "I've been practicing, so hopefully everyone will enjoy it. And thank you, Kyo," she answered softly. Leiko wondered why he would want to go to the village, but maybe he just wanted to stay away from the estate. "Yes, I am walking into the village, and I'd be happy if you tagged along," Leiko replied. She stopped rocking on her feet and smiled at Kyo. He could explore while she tried on her dresses... or he could give his opinion, but that would be up to him. Dresses didn't sound like something a guy would enjoy at all.

Kyo grinned happily and nodded. "Great. But give me two seconds." he said and ran to his room window and jumped threw. He grabbed his shirt pulling it on then jumped back out the window. He ran back to the tree and when he got there he stopped and smiled. "Now I'm ready." he said smiling and buttoned the top button of his shirt. "Do you want help with picking out the dresses? Right now I'm about up for anything." he said lightly.

The rat laughed softly when he suddenly ran away and realized he would be grabbing a shirt of some sort. She was very surprised when he asked if she wanted help with the dresses. "Uhm, well it's not going to be very exciting... but if you'd like to come with me you want. And it shouldn't take long. I ordered two I just have to decide on one. Then we can wander around a bit if you wanted to look around... or you can meet up with me when I'm done. I don't want to bore you," Leiko explained quietly to Kyo. She smiled gently at him. Secretly, she wanted him to come, but she couldn't just ask. What boy actually wants to look at dresses? But if he did she wasn't about to tell him no.

Kyo grinned and looked at her. "Well count me in. I've never done dresses so I'm up for it. It's something new." he said and smiled. "I wanted to check out a tea shop actually... I feel I should talk to Negi..." he said softly putting his hands in his pockets. "Ive kept my distance for too long... And I feel it's my job to at least reach to him... He is family after all." he said quietly. It was true. He had ignored Negi and kept his distance. And from what he did last night... By saving him from Satori's anger, he was curious to know Negi...

Leiko giggled softly when he said he'd come. "If that's what you want... And of course we could stop by Negi's tea house... It's really cute," she grinned at him, "I get along with him... he's actually quite nice." Softly she softly started to walk away heading for the dress shop. She knew her appointment at the shop was very soon.

Kyo smiled and nodded. Maybe he could get to know his cousin after all. "I bet this will be a hard desision.... You'll probily look amazing in both dresses." he said and walked with her easily. He was naturally a fast walker. So this pace was no problem at all.

Leiko's cheeks glowed crimson as he complimented her. "The one dress is more of an Indian style while the other is more traditional. I wasn't sure what to do with, and their both so pretty. Hopefully it won't be too hard,"she giggled. They easily reach the shop the windows adorned with sparkling gowns for girls to gawk at as they walked past. Quietly she stepped inside the store the small bell chiming. The store manager greeted them with a smile and a wink. They were escorted to a changing area and were handed her two dresses. "I'll be right back," she said softly as she hurried into the room. Quickly she changed into the first dress. It had a more traditional feel though short in the front enabling movement. Pushing back the curtain she stepped out into the area where Kyo was. "What do you think, Kyo?" she asked softly as she stood there looking to him.

Kyo smiled and nodded. "You look... Amazing." he said not being able to find any other words for it. He smiled and looked her over again. It did look very goodon her. "Something tells me I'm not going to be much help in this decision." he said and chuckled.

Leiko blushed when he said she looked amazing. [b]"Thank you,"b[/] she answered quietly, "Well let me try on the other one." Swiftly she entered the dressing room and took off the traditional on and put on the more Indian style one. Once again pushing back the curtains she stepped out in the dress. She spun around feeling the flowing skirt around her legs. "And this is the other one," she smiled at Kyo.

Kyo nodded smiling and looked at her. "Both are amazing... I guess it would depend on your dance." he said trying to help. He wasn't exactly the best person to ask about fashion. He just threw on pants and a shirt and went. He was more about adventures and having fun. Though it seemed he wasn't helping much in this adventure.

Leiko smiled at him, he was indeed a boy so she couldn't be looking for too much help. "Thank you for coming with me," she said softly. Looking at herself she liked the colors of this dress much more. Looking at the one hanging again she thought to herself. "I think I might go with this one... it's much nicer colors," she said quietly mostly to herself. Spinning around again she noticed the fabric was easy to move it as well. The kimono style though short would be somewhat restricting. "I think this one is it," the rat grinned. Hurrying back into the dressing room she changed back into her other clothes. She looked to Kyo with a smile then walked to the register. Paying for her purchase she said thank you to the store owner. He bagged the dress up for her and handed it to her.
"Hope to see you again for your wedding dress," the store owner teased Leiko. Leiko blushed as he mentioned wedding and smiled to Kyo. "Ready to go?" she asked him gently. |
Kyo smiled at her choice and hearing the store owner he couldn't help but think that was pointed him. Did they really seem like a couple? He walked out of the store holding the door for Leiko and once out of there he looked at her. "I think that man got the wrong idea." he said with a chuckle.
