"Not a big fan of Jacob, or Bella, or Edward, I wish Jasper and Alice had their own series." She said actually excited that someone else read the series.

Leiko chuckled at her answer. "I just like Jacob. Not Bella or Edward. I am quite partial to Leah though.... I seem to like the werewolves... they should have their own books," she laughed quietly. It was interesting to actually talk about the series with someone.

"Yeah, call it the moonlight trilogy." Yukina said laughing. She was truly surprised Leiko seemed like the no nonsense person, not someone who would be intrested in Vampires or werewolves.

Leiko nodded in response. "I would like that a lot," she answered with a smile. She wondered where Rei was, she still had yet to return. Standing up where she was sitting and smiling at Yukina. "I'm gonna check on Rei... be right back," he nodded to Yukina. Walking out to the back door she saw the snake. She squatted down by her and smiled. "Whatcha up to?" she asked quietly. |
Kyo smiled and looked at them both. "I actually read the first book... Twilight?" he said softly and chuckled. "For a bet... I lost cuz I some what liked it." he said and shook his head. "The werewolf and vampire thing is pretty cool... I would rather be one of those and be able to touch someone without poofing." he said and grinned.

"Yeah, I know. I'd turn into a dog by choice any time." Yukina sighed with a smile. She looked over at Kyo with a short laugh, it always seemed funny that guys read the books and liked them.

Rei opened her eyes and turned them to stare at Leiko. "Thinking." she replied softly. Her eyes went back to the sky, it was a bit darker now, how much time had passed now? her hand reached up and she ran her fingers through her hair, playing with the ends as she waited to see what Leiko would do next.

Kyo smiled wider hearing Yukina laugh. "Hey I like reading." he said and couldn't help but laugh too. "But I stopped reading the series cuz a girl student of mine said to... Something about the ending book had things guys couldn't handle or something like that." he said and shrugged. "Im more of the action and fantasy reader... I love action scenes." he said and his eyes flashed at the thought. "Expessially whenthey hero finally wins and kills the bad guy and gets the girl... Perfect ending everytime." he said and sat back in his chair smiling.

"Oh gosh." Yukina laugh lightly slapping his arm. She liked joking with him.
"Yeah, but there's never anything like a romance between two people who shouldn't be together, yet love conquers on." She sighed, then burst out laughing. |
The rat sat down next to the snake. "As long as you're okay," she said quietly. Then she let out a quite sigh. "I didn't mean to ignore you... I got lost in my own little world then when I came back out... I just started talking... I'm sorry," she apologized quietly to the snake. Leiko didn't think that was what was bothering her, but she needed to let her know she was sorry. The girl pulled her legs up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them and looked up at the sky.

"You don't have to apologize. You weren't the only one." Rei murmured, eyes flickering briefly to the rat. She righted her head and dropped her hands to either side of herself, letting them trail on the floor.

Leiko smiled at the girl. "Anything specific on your mind?" she asked curiously, "You don't have to tell me of course... just if you wanted to talk." The rat looked back to the sky watching the clouds float by. she did this many days on her own, but that was just for fun.

Rei shook her head no. Really, she didn't have much to share, her thoughts all still revolved around the comment on tortured souls and her thoughts on precious love. She briefly wondered when negi would be free to talk and then closed her eyes, letting out a deep breath, after the feast school would be starting soon wouldn't it? Then she could go back to b-boying and she wouldn't have to hang around Satori as much. That would be nice. Then Rei paled slightly, wait...Satori. Wouldn't she be mad that about half the zodiac had left the estate without her knowledge?

Leiko had been staring in the sky. Her mind focused on her statement of tortured souls which they were. But why them? Then she looked to Rei and saw she was somewhat pale. "What's up Rei? Please don't faint on me," she answered slightly panicked.

Kyo smiled and pretended to cringe at her light slap. He laughed and then hearing her nodded. "Actually... Those are the best stories... I think..." he said softly and looked at her. He then remembered there were others and quickly laughed. "But then again don't forget the ones with the funny best friend who gets the girl... That's always a disaster." he said smiling. He had to make sure that around others he didn't show what he was feeling towards the dog. It was forbidden. And he hoped no one would catch on or Satori would be more furious then she had ever been.

"Satori..." Rei muttered, her eyes opening again. "No one said anything about going out to her did they?"

(OOC: I'm back from school....unfortunately Metal has been throwing up tonight. He has gone to bed. Poor hubby is sick. *worries*)

Leiko smiled. "She knew I was getting my dress. I had told her yesterday... and that I would be up before she was... I'll tell her you and Kyo tagged along with me. She won't realize that Haruka and Yukina were here since they don't live on the compound with us... She'll understand," the rat replied reassuringly. Of course, she couldn't be sure that it would be alright, but what's the worst that could happen?

Haruka frowned, "I live on the estate, just not in the main house..." she pointed out. "But I go missing all the time and Satori never seems to care. I think it's a cow thing..." She admitted thoughtfully.
OOC: He seems a little better today. Don't know if he'll be on. I may have him dictate something to me if he isn't up to playing....Sorry everybody. I know we are all waiting on Negi. |
