Haruka pushed herself to the edge of the bed and stood on wobbly legs. "You're right. Negi will have to be told." She agreed reluctantly. "Let's go."

Kyo looked at her and saw she hadn't changed out of her wet clothes either. "How about you change first?" he asked softly. "We don't want you catching colder either." he said smiling brightly.

Haruka looked at her clothes blankly. After a minute she realized they were still a bit damp, "Oh...okay." She headed for the door and made her way to her house. She changed quickly and came back. She was now wearing a warm black sweater and black pants with white polka dots on them.

Kyo nodded and smiled. "Alright.... Let's go then..." he said walking with all three girls as they headed towards the gate. Satori watched from her window coldly. "Ill wait for you to come back Kyo..." she hissed darkly.

Haru followed Kyo with the air of someone going to her own execution. Negi was going to be disgusted with her when he found out what she had done. He'd never let her work for him once he knew she was mentally unstable.

Negi was just closing the shop and getting ready for the banquet.

Kyo kept a smile on his face as they walked. He was happy they were getting away from the house and he really was looking forward to Negi's shop. When they reached it he smiled and knocked on the door. He had forgotten that the banquet was today but with Satori's condition he had a feeling there was going to be no banquet this year. The servants had said her condition was getting worse. And that was something that he was almost relieaved to hear. "Negi!" he called wondering if their cusin had already left the shop.

Negi was only slightly surprised by the knock on his door. 'I guess Satori must have sent someone to make sure I come to the feast.' He answered the door and was slightly puzzled to find so many of his cousins waiting. "I was just about to head to the compound." He said slowly. His eyes widened as he took a better look at Kyo. "What happened to your face, Kyo?"

Haruka ducked her head down so her hair fell over her face. She couldn't bear to face Negi and explain about her black side.

"It's my fault, he was training me. And I got carried away and hit him a couple times." Yukina said glancing from Kyo to Haruka. She didn't want Haruka to have to tell Negi how she had hit Kyo, she knew how much she like him. "I feel really awful." She added looking down shamefully.

Haruka's head shot up and she looked at Yukina in disbelief. Yukina was lying to protect her. Still, Haru couldn't let her do that. "No, Yukina-chan. It's okay." She said softly, stepping up and facing Negi with her head down in shame. "It would only be a matter of time before he found out about me anyway."

Negi raised an eyebrow at Haru's resigned words. "Haru-chan. What's going on? Find out what?" He glanced at the assembled cousins in confusion.

Miles heard his cousins around the corner and shook Yuki awake. He pulled her up to her feet and he walked around the corner. He looked at his cousins to finish what they had to say before he said anything.

Yuki groaned when she was woken up. She rubbed her face with her sleeve before she was pulled up to her feet. "Miles I'm still tired!" she complained putting her head against his back when after they had turned the corner.

Kyo looked at Negi evenly and sighed heavily. "To put it bluntly Satori hit me with a vase to the side of my face..... And Haruka tried to help and then got a little angry and almost hurt Satori until I stepped in and intervined..... But everything is fine and we're okay... But there's no banquet." he said and looked at his surprised cusin. "We just needed away and needed time away from the horrifying night we had." he said squeezing Yukina's hand comfortingly.

Haruka snapped her mouth shut. A little angry? Was that how they wanted to characterize her attempted murder? Still it was closer to the truth than Yukina's attempt. Haru decided she could live with the downplaying of events, with just one addition. "I don't have very good control when I'm angry..." She almost whispered, hanging her head.

Negi had the feeling they were hiding something from him, and from the way Haru was acting he guessed it had something to do with her. He reached out and used one finger to lift her chin until he could see her face. "Come on in. You are always welcome here." He said it to the whole group but he was looking at Haruka alone. "No matter what." He smiled. and stepped back to let the group in.

Kyo smiled and walked inside the shop. He sat down at a table thankfully and shook slightly. Apparently he was weaker then he had expected. Man Haruka packed a good punch. "And I also came to answer your question from the last time I visited." he added calmly. He then touched his bandages softly and shuddered looking away for a second. He had to be strong for Yukina which ment no shuddering... That would be slightly difficult.

Yukina sat down next to kyo and watched him shudder as he touched his eye. He looked embarrassed for showing how hurt he was. She smiled and rested a hand on his arm as if to tell him it was okay. She felt bad that she couldn't help him more.

Negi followed his guests inside and smiled brightly at them. "You all look like you could use some tea before we talk any further." He said firmly. "I'll be right back. Make yourselves at home." He went into the kitchen and started a calming tea brewing. All of them seemed edgy so he figured it wouldn't hurt if they relaxed a bit.

Haruka was frozen for a minute when Negi touched her face, but she finally shook it off and went to sit down. Still feeling self-conscious, she couldn't help but notice Kyo's shudder. She sat down as far from the others as possible and hid her face in her hair.

Kyo looked at Yukina and sighed softly. She knew just what to do to comfort him. He took her hand and smiled stroking her knuckles. He then noticed Haruka and his smiled dissappeared. "Haruka? Why don't you sit by us?" he asked softly. He felt bad seeing her seclude herself from them. He didn't want anyonetaking the blame for his injeries... In his mind everything was an accedient.

Yukina smiled at Haruka and patted the chair next to her. "Yeah, come on. Were all good friends, there is no point in letting a little thing like this separate it, in fact, it should make us stronger..closer." She said Kyo as she said that last part.

Kyo nodded and smiled. He wanted to be closer to Yukina. He wanted to know everything about her and when she said that he couldn't help but smile. "Yes... We have to stick together..." he said softly and kissed Yukina's cheek.

"And not hide who we are, or what we want." Yukina added seriously as he kissed her.

Kyo smiled and nodded. He wrapped his arm around her waist and closed his eyes listening. He then opened his eyes looking around. He liked the sereen feel of the tea shop and was very greatful for Negi. This was a good place together away from it all and having a cusin who owned it made him feel less impulsive in just randomly comming whenever he pleased.

Haruka was a bit uncomfortable with the thought of sitting next to Kyo after she'd nearly beat him to death and she felt like a third wheel, seeing the affection between the couple. "Um...I'm going to go see if I can help Negi with the tea." She said slowly. She ducked out of the room before either of them could protest. She knew the excuse was obvious, it was common knowledge that she was a terror in the kitchen. "Negi-san, can I help with anything?"

Negi looked up from the snacks he had been arranging on a platter. "No, I've actually just about finished." He hesitated, "You could tell me what's wrong if you wanted to though."

"What a terrible liar..." Rei whispered softly from where she was still standing. Alright, she could sympathize with the fact that Haruka felt that Kyo's little health issues were her fault, but if she didn't face them now...well it would only get worse wouldn't it? Rei's eyes slid over to Kyo and she let a small sigh slip past her lips, and either way, that fool had already forgiven her. People were too complicated sometimes she concluded.

Kyo smiled softly seeing Haruka get up but the smile dissappeared. He really wanted to help her but he knew that right now, he had to worry about himself. His condition wasn't exactly the best. Then seeing Rei still standing he smiled at her. "Do you want to sit Rei?" he asked kindly knowing she too had helped him tremendously that night but now it was mostly a hazey picture in his mind.

Haruka stared down at her hands as if they were suddenly the most interesting thing in the room. 'He deserves to know.' She decided reluctantly. "I...Kyo didn't tell you all the details."

Negi nodded, he had suspected as much.

Haru ducked her head so her hair almost completely blocked her view. She didn't want to see his reaction to what she was about to say. "Satori almost died....I nearly killed her. She actually was dead for a little while, but Kyo brought her back. I...I have a dark side that takes over when I get angry. Dark and violent and unreasonable...or so they tell me. I can't even remember what I've done once it's over...." She trailed off as she realized she was rambling. "I thought you deserved to know. I'll understand if you don't want me around anymore." The last part trailed off as her voice cracked with emotion.

Negi hesitated for a moment before doing something he had never voluntarily done; he hugged a girl. Even though he knew that they shouldn't transform, he still held his breath, half expecting to be a cat the next instant. He let out a small relieved sigh when both of them remained human.

Haruka froze when Negi's arms wrapped around her shoulders. After a brief moment she hugged him back, enjoying the feeling of strong, warm arms around her.

Negi smiled slightly and pulled back a few inches so he could look at her. "Haru-chan, did you really think I'd want to avoid you because of something you have no control over?" He held up his wrist, where the bracelet that sealed his true form was clearly visible. "I know how you feel, having a dark side that you can't fully control." He pulled her close for a brief tight hug and then disentangled himself from her arms reluctantly. "Come on, the others are waiting for their tea. Can you carry that tray?"

Haru nodded, blushing madly and hoping he couldn't see it through her hair. She picked up the tray of snacks and followed Negi back into the dining room. She carefully placed the tray down on the table near her cousins. She took a deep breath and sat down next to Yukina with a shy, hesitant smile. Her talk with Negi had made her feel a lot better, she hadn't realized how worried she had been about him finding out about her black persona. Now that it was all out in the open, she felt as if a huge weight had been lifted. She still felt guilty for hurting Kyo and nearly killing Satori, but if Kyo was willing to forgive her, then she thought she might be able to forgive herself a little bit.

"Rei, won't you sit down?" Negi smiled and placed the tea tray on the table, "Sorry for the wait. Haru-chan and I were catching up a little." He passed out cups and poured the calming brew for everyone. "Now, what was it you wished to tell me, Kyo-san?"

OOC: Are Miles and Yuki going to come inside so I can play host to them to? lol.

Kyo smiled as he watched Haruk walk in with Negi. He then looked at Negi and smiled. "I wanted to explain why Satori seems to hate you..." he said softly and then took in a calming breath. "Satori... Actually is jelous of you. She does not admit it, but you can live here and humans accept you. Only you can in our family. And she wants that. So she punishes you for that gift... As well as she punishes the rest of us for trying to avoid her and the family. She does not want to loose that..." he said and then shook his head. "It was not exactly smart on my part to tell her why I was with Yukina like I did. I expected her to feel... Respective I guess... But I shouldve known she did not want me anywhere near anyone else..." he said hanging his head as he spoke. "Why do you think when we were all younger that I never got to play? Or why I did everything she told me?.... She literally kept me as a pet... And I guess that now hearing that I disobied her.... It puts anyone who helps me in danger of getting the same treatment." he admitted softly. They had the right to know now. And he kept himself from shuttering at the memory of Satori locking him in that clothset and abusing him until he agreed to do whatever she said.
