Miles watched his cousins go inside and waited a few minutes before dragging the exhausted Yuki with him. He stood in the doorway and looked around. This was the first time he'd been in Negi's shop. He glanced at Yuki then looked at the others.

Yuki was half asleep when Miles pulled her into the store. She sigheed and looked around at the teashop. She had only seen the inside from outisde so this was new. She looked at the others and smiled slightly, but stopped when she saw Kyo's face.

Yukina let out a shuddering breath as she relived the dream she had had:

Her and Kyo had been sleeping in his bed like eariler, then one of the servants came and took her to Satori. The god had glared at her, then walked up and slapped her. She kept saying mine, over and over again. Then she grabbed a bamboo stick and started beating Yukina over and over until she couldn't move. Then she was stuffed in a closet and forgotten.

She allowed a tear to run down her face, but quickly wiped it away before anyone could notice.

Kyo looked at Yukina worriedly and lifted his head. His eyes held all the care in the world for her and he squeezed her hand. "Are you alright?" he whispered and brushed her hair out of her face. He wiped away her other tears and smiled reasuringly though it was extremely hard with the memories running around his mind.

"I'm fine, I just had something in my eye and it really hurt." She said blinking and rubbing her eye. She smiled and squeezed his hand back. "I'm fine." She said again. He was already in to much distress to even talk about her dream, she wouldn't bring it up, it was just a dream it's not like it was really going to happen.

Rei nodded and sat down softly, just quietly observing her cousins. Nodding a thank you to Negi for the tea. This family of theirs was so...difficult. But maybe...if it weren't for that they wouldn't be so ready to help each other. After all, they had a common enemy didn't they? If you could consider Satori an enemy. Yet...Rei set her tea down and folded her hands into her lap, Satori wasn't going to live much longer according to the doctor the servants had called. Would they have a new "god" then?

Kyo looked at Yukina and was relieved to hear that it was only her eyes. "Well as long as it's better now then I'm happy." he whispered and kissed her forehead like it would make her eyes feel better. He then took a drink of the warm tea and dispute the wamrth and comfort it gave off he wasn't comfoted at all.

Negi couldn't think of any way to respond to Kyo's revelation, so he was relieved to spot Miles and Yuki at the door. He recognized them from the compound and hurried to get Yuki to a chair. "Oh my, come sit down." He took her elbow and led her to an empty chair. "You look exhausted...Yuki-san, ne? Haru-chan speaks of you often." He pressed a cup of tea into her hands. "Here drink this and relax." His smile was a bit forced as he continued to process what Kyo had told him and it was fairly obvious he was stalling but he felt better when he was doing something. He poured another cup of Tea for Miles and gestured for him to sit as well.

Haruka blinked from behind her hair at Kyo. It was true he hadn't played with any of them much when they were younger. He was always at Satori's side and she had assumed it was because he wanted to be there. This was a very unexpected piece of information but it made sense. Satori had claimed Kyo and she wasn't about to share him. Looking at Kyo and Yukina, Haruka couldn't help but think it might have been better for all of them if Satori had stayed dead. She paled at the thought and shoved it away. No, she was grateful to Kyo for saving Satori, because of him she wasn't a murderer.

Kyo could tell Negi wasn't taking the information too well. He was trying to keep himself busy. Suddenly a car pulled up and Kyo's eye widened in shock. Satori. He stood and his chair toppled to the floor. He totally ignored it as god walked towards the door to the tea shop. Looking at all of his cusins in one place would set her off... And he knew Haruka wouldn't be able to control herself if she saw Satori lash out at someone again. He had to act fast. "I have to get some air." he announced and quickly walked outside. He crossed the street and Satori smiled seeing him and stopped in her tracks. Her smile wasn't very inviting. More sinister then anything else.

"Oh no." Yukina said seeing Satori as the door swung shut. She got up and ran outside with Kyo and stopped when she saw Satori smiling at Kyo as he walked over to her. Perhaps coming outside wasn't quite a good idea, but she didn't trust him with her alone. "Kyo.." She said running to his side and stopping as they stood in front of the god.

"That little..." Rei shot to her feet right as Yukina got to the door and was right behind her as she went out. She tugged her hood up once again and stood next to Kyo, blinking slowly at Satori. Of course she wouldn't keep her promise, why would she? She believed that they were nothing but pets to her anyway.

Miles stared as Yuki was brought away from him. He turned as Satori came out of a car. Miles made room for everyone to get past him before he took his spot next to Yuki. He glared at Satori and knew that he would have to hold Haruka back if she went black since he was standing very close to where she was. He didn't know what happened at the main house but everyone looked tired. Except Negi since he wasn't there at the time.

Yuki was confused from being tired and didn't take everything in right away. Now she was just pissed off people were talking to her. She turned when three of the others left the table. She watched Satori and sighed. She had an evil smile on her face. Satori found out about Yukina and Kyo. But when? Yuki thought sadly. Since Yuki was taken away from the main house by Miles she was clueless.

Haruka's eyes went wide as she caught a glimpse of Satori through the open door. Her breath came in short gasps at the thought of confronting the girl again after what she had done. Plus, she wasn't sure she'd be able to stop herself from going black if Satori tried to hurt any of her cousins. Still, she couldn't let Kyo and Yukina take all the heat. The events of the day were her fault as well. She stood and shakily made her way outside. She fell in beside Kyo, Yukina, and Rei. This confrontation would decide a number of things. It was time they all stood up to the power mad young woman. Haru tried her best to stay calm as she stood there, but her fists were clenched so tightly her nails cut little crescent shapes into her palms. She was dimly aware of the blood oozing slowly from between her fingers.

Negi sighed, so much for a relaxing evening. He saw Haruka get up and immediately followed her. After what she had told him, he knew that her being around for an argument could prove disastrous. He surreptitiously touched her arm as he moved past her, hoping the contact would ground her somehow, and placed himself between Satori and the others. "Satori-san, How nice of you to visit." He said with forced cheerfulness. "Why don't you come inside and have some tea?"

Kyo was surpised when Yukina called him and turned to her worriedly. "Yukina... Go back inside the tea shop I-" "Oh no. Stay. I insist." Satori said cutting in. Kyo tensed and turned his attention back to Satori. She was smiling smugly and her trenchcoat snapped in the breeze. "I needed to thank you Kyo-san... And remind you of a few promises you are still bound by." she said and Kyo stiffened and didn't seem to breath. He looked at her keeping the fear out of his eyes. Satori's smile dissappeared and fasterthen she should be able to move she shoved Yukina backwords and smacked Kyo's head sending him crumpling to the ground. "You swore to stay by my side! You swore that whenever I needed you you would be there!" she screamed at him angerily. He strugled and managed to get to his knees but his head was bleeding again. "You weren't suposed to talk to any of them! You were suposed to do everything I told you!! Now if you want Yukina to remain scarless I suggest you take up your promises and get in the car." she snapped opening the car door. She then looked at the others and said coldly,"If you so dare intervine I will have you all punished." Kyo got to his feet bravely and looked at Satori. His head was pounding with pain. "Dont you dare touch her." he growled inhumanly. She could hurt him, but hurting Yukina was crossing the line.

Rei finally lost it. Right after Kyo growled she launched herself at Satori, shoving the girl backwards and slamming the car door shut herself, "Just shut the hell up!" She yelled, her bangs had fallen into her eyes again, casting them into shadows, "Don't you get it yet?! You can't freakin' just rule us with fear! Nothing works that way!" Her muscles were tense, ready to jump away or just move if Satori decided to retaliate.

Haruka shuddered with the effort of keeping herself in check. She wanted to kill Satori and she hadn't even shifted into her black persona yet. She could feel it bubbling just beneath the surface of her mind and only the thought that she might hurt one of her cousins by accident let her hold it at bay. Rei's outburst actually helped her regain control enough to speak up without losing it entirely, "You will not touch Kyo or Yukina ever again!" She hissed out in a voice that was almost unrecognizable as her own. "We are not your slaves. I don't care if you call yourself the god. You have no right to treat us this way. You will never punish any of us again, even if that means I have to kill you myself." The last was said shakily, which was proof to anyone that was familiar with Haru's black persona that this was the sane side of her speaking.

Negi hurried to Kyo's side and helped him up. "Yukina-san, help me get him inside so I can look at this wound." He said firmly, wanting to get both of them out of harms way since they were obviously the main targets of Satori's wrath.

Satori glared at them all and then her eyes fell on Kyo. Meeting her gaze he knew this wasn't over. He knew very well that one way or another.... She was going to get what she wanted. And for once he allowed himself to be protected instead of fighting his own fight. He was too exausted. Satori then smiled evily and slipped into the car. She waved at them and blew Kyo a kiss as the car drove away. Kyo shuddered and sagged slightly in Negi's hold as his legs wanted to give out. "Im sorry... This is all my fault..." he whispered and held his head where Satori had hit him. He felt his blood seeping threw the bandages and into his hand. But he didn't believe the sickening warmth on his hand until he looked at it. He had never been in so much pain since he was a child... And now it seemed ten times worse... Because he knewhe had just dragged everyone he cared about into this.

Yukina had landed backwards when she was pushed and sat dazed looking up at the much feared god. She was truly insane, something had to be done. She heard Negi talking to her and she nodded and helped him carry Kyo back inside. "Kyo, are you okay? I'm so sorry, I should have stayed inside." She whispered as she saw him bleeding again.

As Haruka watched the car pull away, she felt the anger slowly draining out of her. She thought about going inside but she still felt a little edgy and she didn't want to risk something setting her off with all her cousins around. She decided to take a walk to clear her head.

Negi settled Kyo in a chair and hurried to get his first aid kit. "Don't let him fall asleep, Yukina-san. He could have a concussion." He called from the kitchen as he searched the cabinets for the large box of medical supplies.

Kyo's heartbeat was pounding in his ears and he barely had heard Yukina. "Im f-fine..." he managed softly and looked up at her. His nasty gash on his temple was probably what was bleeding if he had to guess. The one that had had glass from the vase wedged in there before Yukina had extracted it. "Are y-you okay?" he asked as he looked at her worriedly as they walked slowly.

"Yes, I'm fine, but you need stitches." She said looking at the cut on his forehead. "Negi, we really need to take him to the hospital." She said worriedly.

Negi came back with his first aid kit and looked at Kyo worriedly. "I don't know if that would be a good idea." He said slowly, "What if he transforms?" He set the rather large box on the table and opened it. "Let's see what I can do first. If it really needs stitches we'll find somewhere to take him, but we need to get that bleeding stopped." He grabbed a think gauze pad and carefully removed Kyo's sodden bandages, hastily replacing them with the clean gauze. "Hold pressure on that for a while." He ordered Yukina, because it looked like Kyo was nearly out of strength.

Haruka wandered aimlessly, numb from the overload of emotions she'd felt all day. Astoundingly, she soon found herself facing the gates of the Sohma estate. She couldn't help but laugh. Any other day she wouldn't be able to find her way home at all, but today she managed to go straight there.

Yukina nodded in agreement and watched him work. She held the Gauze to his wound and sighed. "Poor Kyo, he wouldn't have been hurt this bad if he had never met me." She sighed brushing his hair back.

Negi shook his head, "That isn't true. You heard what he said, Satori has been doing this sort of thing to him for years." He pulled out cotton balls and some peroxide, setting them on the table.

Haruka wondered if Satori was home yet, she knew she shouldn't just stand around. If Satori caught her alone, she shuddered to think what could happen. Would the crazed girl attack her the way she had Kyo, and worse, what if she turned Haru black with nobody there to stop her. She turned away from the house and headed for the gate.

Kyo was barely consious as he listened to their far away voices. His head was spinning and whatever was touching his head really hurt. He had practically nothing left. All he knew was Yukina was near. His mind was practically blank and yet at the same time it was spinning out of control. He moaned softly and painfully. He then slowly moved his hand finding Yukina's free hand and weakly wrapped his hand around hers needing her support right now.

Yukina felt his hand wrap around hers and she held it. "Your going to be fine, just hang on Kyo. Please hang on." She cried kissing his hand. "Negi, do you have something to stop him from feeling so much pain?" She asked looking up at him.
